Smok BEC Pro

Hi Guys

I've been on the vaping bandwagon for 7 weeks now and haven't had a stinky in all that time. Some record for me after smoking for 29 years! I gathered an upgrade was in order and I got myself a smok BEC Pro with a Kangertech Aerotank Mega today. Well, what can I say? I never realized vaping could be this good! Why did we ever smoke? I am a convert and will never go back to my old ways. Anyone else here with the Smok?

I have the BEC Pro also. I love it...using a dripper on it right now.

Just a few suggestions...
1. even though it is capable of low ohm builds, I wouldn't recommend going too low. It's not really necessary with high watt devices anyway. I keep my builds for this device around 1 ohm.
2. use a battery with a high (20 +) amp limit.
3. if you're using a 510 atty, put a small rubber band (O-ring) between the atty and the plastic where the screen is. One person had the plastic over the screen crack and I'm thinking it was heat related, but I'm not really sure what caused it. I try to keep the plastic away from heat. Building at around 1 ohms, and taking 2-3 second vapes, I've never had any problems with heat.

Keep in mind that, other than the 10 second cut-off, it doesn't have a temp regulation function. It reads temp, but it will not cut off if it starts to get to hot. I'm hoping that they add this with the update.
