Sooo my smok M80 finally crapped out after about a year of perfect use and I was wondering if anyone had ever done a custom build with it? I don't know much about all the DNA, Yihi and other chips but I'm thinking that sticking a new chip in there (assuming the fit is adequate) and soldering in some batteries as it originally was wouldn't be too difficult.
I really like the design of the M80. Small, sturdy, simple... I would rather not buy another smok because.. well, they apparently suck.
This would be more of a project done out of curiosity and for science!
Any ideas?
