I came home to a pup with a classic "hot spot" on his neck. Fortunately the kennel that I use when I'm out of town is across the parking lot from my vet's office and they walked him over for a checkup and cortisone shot. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be giving him too much trouble. He's on cortisone spray and antibiotics for two weeks. Thank God bulldogs are so lovable, otherwise no one would put up with the vet bills.

I just spent $200 on one dog, and spend about $75 monthly on the other for a chronic condition. And mine are just big mutts.
