Nobody beats Kristi at customer service. But i have to wonder if Kristi is the name that they assign to all their csr's because she seems to be omnipresent.

I started with ST last Christmas and still use them. After much research, the battery is in fact a 280 and lasts me (a very heavy vaper) 3-4 hours consistently.

They respond to their webpage customer support within minutes, day or night and often send out the replacement batteries while you are communicating with them -NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I have had to send in a set of batteries once and received the replacements in 3 days. I am not aware of any other company that has a lifetime warranty - that alone will keep ST as my KR8 vendor. They also troubleshoot with you for as long as it takes to resolve the issue. They are active on their webpage and answer all questions. They don't have a lot of bells and whistles, but what they do have is quality and consistency and a great customer service department that listens and makes changes according to their customer's suggestions.

The price on their carto's is reasonable considering that it's a 10 pack and easy to refill with the condom method. You also get an automatic discount of $2.00 off of every package after a purchase of 3 packs. I would like to experiment with other carto's though, so if anyone has suggestions...

Coffee is my favorite since it tastes more like mocha then coffee. And nothing that I have tried is as good as the p/t

I'm aware that an automatic is not to everyone's liking, but I love mine. It's a super easy draw without being airy and I have NEVER had a problem with it turning on randomly due to loud noise or whatever - never.

I'm glad to see SmokeTip finally getting some love on this forum. Their website is super easy to navigate, their customer service is unbeatable and their product is solid.

kristi is a real person lol. i think kristi IS smoketip, its probably a pretty low key operation. i know most vendors are pretty much 1 or 2 person businesses. if thats the case i give her alot of credit because shes always on the ball and super efficient.

A hearty "Amen!" to that! She sure is ubiquitous. I'm unable to find the appropriate language that could begin to express my appreciation to Kristi @ SmokeTip. We bought two kits over a year ago and the batteries are still kickin'

Could you please link this research, 'cause on their website they show the short batt as 180mah and the long one as 350mah, which is average for those sizes of KR808D-1's.

1) For anyone that thinks ST is great you should check out my report of them in the vendor section. And when they send you shipments of blank, poor, empty or 1/2 filled cartos--reported by others on this forum as well--you won't be so happy. I started with them as well and they truly suck.

2) I replaced their bats with Bloogs and there is NO WAY a ST bat is 280.

I'm very happy with Smoketip - the batts, the cartos, the customer service, everything. The cartos I can refill with juice over and over, they are great! My 1st order came with the 6 cartos with the kit and I also ordered the sampler pack. Only one carto was bad and they offered to replace it, no prob. But I didn't end up sending it back since it didn't seem worth the shipping for just the one carto. Nevertheless tho I am happy that the batts have a lifetime warranty, and glad the cartos can be refilled and refilled and refilled. My top 3 flavors are menthol, coffee and apple.

WOAH been a few weeks since I had a smoketip cartridge, been playing with juices. Ordered some menthol prefilled tho even tho I intend to continue trying juices because a.) I liked the menthol, b.) their cartridges are great for refilling and c.) they are already made and good to go lol at first anyway. Just wanted to comment that their menthol is VERY sweet! Just a comment in case some ppl don't like sweet, I like it, a little thrown off after trying all sorts of other stuff lol - but yes it is a very sweet menthol!

Exactly my experience - I began my freedom from smoking 18 months ago with two starter kits from SmokeTip - the original batteries are still working fine. All of my friends who ask about vaping are referred first to http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com and then to Cheap Electronic Cigarette

Did they provide any information about the improvements? Because it's still the same size and capacity as their old batts, and more expensive than better alternatives from SI Volt or Halo G6. If you want much better stats at the same price go with Bloog.
