Has anyone noticed a difference in sizes of the Cartos from different vendors?
I purchased "510 Dual Coil Stainless Mega Cartomizer" (Manufactured by Smoke-Tech) 1.6 ohms
and there is a BIG difference in width and a some difference in length.
The bigger carto was advertized as Stainless when in fact it is Aluminum or some light weight cast.

Yes I noticed.
Mega is about as standard a measurement as the scoops used for measuring raisin bran.
Mine are stainless steel; I'd bet on it.

If they are both Smoke-Tech and the same model, how can it be different. One of these vendors are selling knock-offs. Both vendors are the top 5 vendors.

I bought "Mega" from MV.
Month later the "Mega" is a different size at MV.
I don't know who assigns the name but I doubt if it's smok Tech.

Ahhh you guessed my bogus vendor name. Stainless to me means Stainless Steel. Not brushed Aluminum.
These cartos are so wide, I have to re-tool my juice tank caps to fit them.

Other vendors use the "Mega" name.

Dollar to doughnut says mine are stainless steel.
Mine are same diameter as 510 batt.
Have not tried the fat ones so I don't know what they are made of.

Mv sells like 4 or 5 different dual coils some with no tips and some with. I just ordered another batch of ss duals will have to see what I get. Has anybody bought any clear duals lately. Now I remember why I did not like them...they dont absorb juice no wheres as well as the ss duals do. Just curious if they changed the filler on them

I can drop 70 drops non stop same juice into a new ss dual. I have to do the clears in stages or it pools and still did not absord the juice all the way thru. Mine do not use the same filler....maybe they have changed filler since I bought my clear ones

All 13 DC I tested soaks up thin juice immediately.
No go w/ 90% VG 10% PG.

Two pages ago, I said that I bought

Dual Coil Cartomizer - 2.5 ohm, 3.5ml, Jumbo XXXL - Clear w/drip tip

I got what I paid for. The service was great. I don't know how many products are being talked about now, but I bought these specifically for one of my mods that needed this configuration. They work great - the longevity is great - they're easy to fill - and I'm very happy with them. I will be buying them again from the same vendor.

Sweet. I wanted to pick up 20 or so of these from him. I feel better now about ordering from there.

How do you know you need to add liquid to the double-coil cart? I got smoketech ones, and I know I'm supposed to keep it wet to stop it from burning the fiber. But when do I need to refill it?

By the way do you get the gurgle noise also?

You'll know when it's time to refill. It starts tasting burnt. The gurgling you get only if you've overfilled it slightly. Blow it out a bit over a paper towel or just vape and the gurgling will go away.
