I know I never overfilled it, Im thinking maybe this one is just screwy...but I don't want to waste another on this crap juice....so I will drip until Monday when my nitley and breezesmokes juice come in...ill fool with this one again tomorrow and let ya know
I clean my batt like twice a day with a qtip...I'm ocd about cleaning haha...thats why all attys get blown out and the vertical papertowel treatment nightly as well

It does seem that if I underfill them, they work better and just noticed this last week after vaping for 6 months and having them flood all the time. Its hard not to because you want them to last as long as they can. In my experience if I put to much juice in them, not only does it come out on the battery end, it doesn't produce much vapor either. How do you fill yours and do you just top off or wait until the performance drops??
I direct drip fill holding DC at an angle; no juice in center straw.
I stop when DC just starts to gurgle.
I allow time for eliq to soak into coil diaper.
I don't vape till dry.
Update on my popping juice in mouth problems! I was using the black rubber tip you can buy fro hoosier ecig, and decided it might be the problem. I put the white stopper that comes with the dc cartos back in (no idea where my driptip is) and put it through the paces. All the issues where gone, and this thing is bangin right now! The only thing I could think is maybe the extra circumference at the bottom of the black tip (bottom had a much larger hole) was letting me suck some juice out of the filler. Still pops but good vp and no juice in my mouth/throat....I'm super stoked on the dc again

That's strange, I can vape w/ no tip, original tip, or drip tip w/o issue.
Can you reproduce problem by sticking black rubber tip on DC?

Bizarre.
I use that same tip on dual coil sometimes and don't have a problem.

Caveman, when you blow out the excess are you blowing from the cap end? I thought I read that you were blowing from the battery end which will give you juice in the mouth.
DC after few weeks heavy use at 3.7v w/ clean burning PG liquid.
Eventually tube cracked on both ends. I carried in pocket attached to PV.
Flavor remained clean but vapor production decreased and resistance went to 3 ohms. Lost a coil which can be seen in photo.
Diapers have skid marks.

Clears are fine for beginners, but I don't think they hold up near as well as metal. Also the (very slightly) wider opening causes the rubber tips or drip tips to not fit quite right.

Not getting on with these dual coils. Work ok for a day, then the middle gets blocked up and draw too tight. Tried cleaning it out, but just no dice. Used on a few different PVs, same problem.
