Well you can request to be added, add yourself and they will approve/deny. Really its a group for owners to discuss mods/tips&tricks/ideas/fixes/quirks, I apologize I was under the impression you had one. I dont know if you need to have one to join, I didnt exactly post a pic or proof to join.

This thread has some excellent info. I can definitely vouch its a great apv for the current model(v3 or v4) and current price(<90).

It doesn't matter really cause it may boost the urge to buy a vmax seeing all the eye candy on the group, if you misbehave I will just boot that user from the group. I think we are all a bunch of mature souls though and it really has been great so far. Remember to post pics of your setup when you do obtain greatness

Just saying again; The AVA is my favorite atomizer on the VMax. It is a $40 atomizer, and I use the LR 1.6 Ohm at about 3.5 to 3.7 v on the VMax.
The flavor is the best of any atomizer I have tried, and the VMax turns it into a fierce vape with lots of vapor too.
The coil / wick is ceramic and it takes a beating.

Just got my replacement chrome and all is well for the time being - this is Vmax number 5.

Just saw something a little crazy looking on one of the German forums, a Vmax with an 18650 (x2) extension tube!
If you don't mind carrying Darth Mauls lightsaber, I'd bet the battery time is good...

When I read the double 18650 extension tube part of your comment, I had to stop and re read to make sure I read it right... THEN I had to grab 2 and faux stack them in my vmax (put one in, hold the other at the bottom) no joke on the "Darth Mauls Lightsaber" it would be like a Claymore Sword. My vmax gives me a day and a half easily on its bats @750 mah, the 18650's I have are 2200mah I cant even fathom the battery life. maybe a week?? .. hahaha

Well this certainly doesn't help. I've been desperately trying to curb my vaping budget but the Penelope keeps popping up everywhere yelling 'buy me, buy me!' It looks superb on the max. Perhaps a few more comments about its performance? Wait!

I have been carrying a 3 cell Maglite around every night for a lot of years and I always put a sleeve between batteries and body because of problems with the wrappers on the batteries wearing through because of constant movement. Well I was reading somewhere on the forum about adding a sleeve to to tube. If the side of can on first battery in on a Vmax grounds the end battery would become dead shorted (in my pocket no doubt) so I made a sleeve from some binder pocket plastic as it is thin and durable. I didn't glue or tape , i just cut to right size and put it in there.

My V1 died, bought a Stainless steel, Silver V2 sent as a replacement which was sold so I could buy a Chrome. Stainless broke (my fault) Chrome died (not my fault) and replacement chrome arrived...

So 2 out of 4 legitimately died.... Not a very good track record.... I have been reading a lot of posts lately of dying Vmax's and replacements.... Is this a trend in the making? Not trying to start anything here, just an observation.... and "NO", I don't own nor am I a Provari fanboy.... I just have a tendency to watch an item, (that i'm thining of buying), very closely for a good length of time to see if it is a proven item or not and IMO so far it is not favorable towards the Vmax and not near sold on it yet.... I will continue to monitor it closely and see if my mind changes though....

I still have my black first run V1 VMax that I got when they released and I chain vape it all day till I sleep...has yet to even hiccup.
