Typical for even smaller houses is about 1000 gal septic tank. May be ordinance. Besides, you don't size it based on current occupancy. If it's, say, a 4 bedroom house, you'd size it that way for 'buncha people.

one vote for bear's friend's choice - i don't give a hoot for curb appeal ;)

but landscaping is a different matter :laugh:

    Hi Fran, CES, Bear, Atty, dale, Lost, Gracie, Tibs and anyone I may have missed. Going to the pool today for warm water therapy. I LOVE that pool. I can move in there FAR better than in the RW. It has really helped my muscles and balance.

    Great news on your mom, Lost.....never give up hope....:)

    So... in this situation... what would YOU consider to be the "back yard"? Maybe this would
    be easier... What would you consider to be the FRONT yard?

    no idea - my answer referred to my own situation ;)

    and i probably need to start looking for the company with the longest hoses ............. sigh

    I have 2 200' hoses, one for front one for the back. Neither gets unwound completely at any
    time, but 100s would be too short. I do not recall where they were purchased but sure it was
    not a big-box place.
