A handful of friends but many of my students have gotten into vaping. It's nice to see them vaping on campus instead of smoking.

Haha I converted my Japanese teacher who doesn't even smoke...just bought the set up on Friday. She bought it for her son who she wants to.quit since he has a baby

1 person. One of my coworkers was a pretty heavy smoker and saw my device(MVP2 with a Kanger Evod Glass) and I let her take a couple pulls and she thought it was pretty cool. She went out and bought a Vision Spinner and a Kanger Protank 2 and she loves it. I guess she still smokes about 10 cigarettes a day, which is a start.

I thought I had my wife converted then her friends was vaping extra strength nicotine juice and got the headaches and upset stomach. It doesn't help that all I have is 24mg/ml. Anyway she is convinced by propaganda that evaping is bad for you now. I gave her my only bottle of 12mg/ml, but once she has here mind set to something it over.

Two directly, my brother and mother. Two indirectly, cousins of my wife. They'd seen me vaping for a couple years and finally picked it up, but I played no direct part in it other than answering the occasional question.

Tried converting a couple others to no avail. My father hated it, and he died in 2013 from complications of a stroke due to smoking. My sister quit successfully with the patch after my dad died.

I'm only a month in to vaping myself, but I have managed to convert two smokers. I took my brother-in-law to his first vape shop this weekend and hooked him up. He hasn't had an analogue since Friday. My husband also jumped on the bandwagon after playing with some of my gear, so I got him his own stuff too (I'm not good at sharing).

Two. My dad and my sister. My dad is 78 and has smoked maybe 55/60 years. He and my mom came to visit and he was interested. I set him up with my old Halo Triton starter system. He liked it and hasn't had a cigarette since that moment. I'm still amazed. Granted, it's only been a month or so, but still.

My son and his GF are 6 days off analogs after I gave them each an X6 and PT2 clone with ego/ce4 backups
My nephew and his partner are 4 days off after I gave them each a couple ego/CE4's
I gave my brother his X6 and PT2 yesterday with an eGo/CE4 for a charging backup.

6 co-workers are off analogs about a week each.

I cheat though, I buy cheap on ebay and fasttech, then sell them to my co-workers + a couple dollars for my time. Also share my .99 Killer Juice with everyone, so no excuses about 'too expensive' or running out of juice

I'm not actively trying to convince anyone of anything but around 8 or 10 have tried it after seeing me use it (all knew I was a heavy smoker). Among the co-workers, though, the company decided to treat vaping like smoking. Several are smoking more than vaping figuring if they have to go outside anyway... One, however, switched to vapor then quit that too. Mixed results.

None so far. I gave my sister my old ego kit when I bought my mod. I don't think her heart was really in it because she keeps making stupid excuses for why she hasn't been able to quit.
My 18 yo son just told me that he smokes, and last night he asked me to help him window shop for some equipment online. He ended up settling on a Vamo V5, so we'll see how this works for him. Part of me is afraid that he just wants it cause it's kind of the cool thing to do. I hope I'm wrong.

2 1/2. Two that have converted 100% and another that just bought his first setup and hasn't quit the analogs completely. I gave him some of my juice and he is smoking less now. He said the first bottle of juice tasted horrible. I gave him some Tropic by Vapor Trading Co. And he has fallen in love with it!

Finally, Finally managed to get one co-worker to convert. Only took me 7 months of vaping in front of him every day. Oddly and annoyingly now that he is doing it other co-workers are going to him for advise on switching. Oh well, whatever gets them off analogs.

Just my husband, which means... actually a whole lot of people, since he's the beloved extrovert and I'm the eccentric hermit. He converted most of the extensive crew he works with and a bunch of friends and acquaintances just because they got curious when he started vaping. So, A BUNCH OF PEOPLE. But strategically, the lazyway, by converting Mr Popular, my sweetie.

I switched to vaping after seeing one individual at work and now we have converted about 5 other people. Everyone seems happy with it, only having the occasional analog. We now out number the analog group that we normally hang around with. In a couple of weeks I am going to see my cousin and her husband, maybe I can convert them also.
