We allow them in the bar where I work, even though the FAQ for VA says they are included in the ban. Only 3 people I know have them so its not a big deal. I usually try and use mine on the DL cause I get sick of explaining it to people, esp drunks.

After my meal sitting at the bar listening to the veteran Blues band, I began to vap. The young and beautiful woman bar keeper rushed up and forcefully announced in Valley Girl attitude, "Sir! You can't smoke in here!" Her "boss" (obvious older relative) quickly stepped in to diffuse the "situation" and counted, "No, it's okay. Electronic cigarettes are allowed inside." Miss Bar Keep said nothing and ignored me. Story of my life. Kidding! Well?
