fill the tank when it is attached on GGTS with CR closed. Fill, put big cap, put o-ring, put small cap. Use 510 atomizers, not modified cartomizers. Thats it. If you see a problem replace brass ring on the connector with o-ring from the 901 AVS conenctor
I refill three times a day, so this option is worthless, it should work without flooding the tank, design flaw????

Is there something better available? Takes 10 seconds to clear the excess, hardly the end of the world.
mate, every time I top off with juice or refill the collectors tank is totally flooded......not the end of the world mate but not good mate

Jesus?? no mate: flooding!! the 901 never worked good in the tank...the adapter for the 510 should work as advertised with an attie without draining the collectors tank. If the solution is a bottle with a needle to clean it out every-time, so be it, but IMHO not a very solid feeding system, not for that price and with my standards.

mwa....I think I have a grasp of your concept my friend and it certainly has merit IMHO. I spent 25 years in engineering manufacturing of refrigeration equipment and metallurgy. Mainly it was Ice Makers for human consumption of ice. Call me old school but I still can't help but fall back on 316L SS refrigeration plates and tubes. What can I say? I'm partial to it! There are alot of good materials out there that can be used. All that being said,,,Is Brass safe?....Well its safer for me than Tar and 4000+ carcinogens IMO. Everyone must deal thier own hand and make thier own decisions when it comes to thier health.

This can be done too Hope. But AVS will be fatter so I dont like a fat AVS on a slimmer GGTS. Black plastic is a better solution. Of course the best solution is to leave AVS as it is. aluminium and brass are safe inside liquid. If anyone has proof about the opossite he can post them here. Hopefull is right about this. Without any proof we cant scare people. Wolf is already scared without a reason. Other people will.
All my AVS are gone. Only 20 left. So I dont try to say nice things about it just to sell them, I dont care about this and I am not that kind of man. If you remember I lost 5.000 euros because all of you didnt liked the size of CT so I changed it.
Aluminium is totally safe, thats for sure.
Brass is totally safe inside liquid too.

Without that flooding at start attys would pop.... which do you want? Is it really too hard spending 20 seconds to clear the CT?
Make sure it is all tight, if 901 was fine so should this be.

Emonty, thats not logical. Something is wrong with your adapter. All people are more than happy with new 510 connector, exept you. That means connector maybe is faulty, I dont see other reason.

I got it to work until the point were I need to top it off with juice or refill. Explain to me if I take of the adjustable juice-ring and replace it with the o-ring: how am I going to adjust the liquid flow???
The rest I have done with the result that the collectors tank is so much flooded that I cannot vape but only drink juice. By cleaning it it will be solved, but this should not be your intention.
BTW: I have received PM's from several people who have the same problem. I post it because I don't care, it is a fact and I would like a solution

Emonty, switch to a 901 and make sure that all sealing fine. I don't have the new adapter but my guess is this is lack of a good vacuum. Tighten it up like in cappys vids.
