I'm happy you've decided to send out a replacement sooner than later. I know it's hard to keep all your customers happy with the policies you feel is right. This really shows you have good character and I hope the best for you and suzie.

I fear you are right Mamu. I feel so badly for Suzi. She is totally at Imeo's mercy. She will be out a lot of money if she does not tread carefully. So sad for anyone to be so poorly treated.

Imeo, I think you should understand Suzi did not realistically think this should take another one to two months. She FEARED she would be forced to endure this for another month or two.

Thanks guys, I hope you are all ok. I dont like to argue with people I meet every day. We are a company here and out of here. We were all smokers and now vapers, we have common things to share about vape and about many other things. We will be together many years maybe so we must try to find the best way to figure out our problems

Being UK time I missed most of this, but I was involved in talking to Suzi earlier, and I can confirm she was very, very upset, and in tears. Being a friend, my duty was to try and stem those tears, and hope Imeo would understand the pain he was causing with his choice of words in the posts where he responded to her.

I am glad to see that Imeo is going to make it a priority to make a GG Grant especially for Suzi, and that he now understands, its not the GG that is so important now, its the regard he holds Suzi in.

All of us that own a GG or hope to own one here, are not just ordinary customers, we have not come along, bought a product and left, we have stayed together, shared the good times as well as the bad ones. We have offered support where it was needed, and wiped the tears, and shared the joy when it was needed.

That makes us special, but has the side effect of giving us an ego also. Then if we suddenly are made to feel, unimportant, enemies, and discarded by Imeo, our ego comes into play and makes us feel humiliated as well as deeply emotionally upset.

Imeo has to accept that by welcoming people into the fold, he has taken on a responsibility to those people, as this is not like a shop, where you come, buy and leave, it has become a community, or company as Imeo likes to call it, and as such it has to be nurtured and cared for, or it will decay and and leave a lasting scar on all of us.

That said, I just pray we can now move on as a community, and build it even stronger.

Oh yes, one more thing.. those of you who have not as yet joined as members over at the GG.com forums, please do so, as thats the main Community Home.

Thats my 2p worth... lets hope its the end of this saga, and all can move on now.

I hope Suzi will post again a happy girl when she gets her new Grant. It has been very hard to see this thing between two people I genuinely like.

And I have to say that everytime I smoke my Nano, which is all day long, I'm very happy that Imeo is on this earth

Talk about damage control... I think that money has everything to do with it and I don't care if I get flamed but I suspect Imeo has lost business and it is probably a make nice ploy to try and get back to where he once stood.

I can see all these feel good posts from everybody but still have not seen a resolution to Suzi's problem. If he is truly sorry he should fess up and make true ammends, not only for his actions but also for his mightier (actually, this should be HOLIER) than though (thou actually) attitude. As well as proper customer service.

Although it is a good beginning there is no way I would ever do business with a character such as him, my standards are higher and I can smell through all his BS.

While I haven't been on this sub-forum long, I've been here long enough to remember when Mamu, Suzi and Christena posted more frequently.

I must say that I miss them here so much. It just doesn't seem the same without their frequent posting.

Here's hoping that they will be here again more often like they once were, and add that special touch that only they can bring. Yes Christena, you seem to be coming around more often but still not like I remember.

I do chat on here if I have something to contribute to an ecig thread, but I try not to post on social threads.

The forums were created on the-GG.com because Imeo's customers were having problems with threads being hijacked and also finding relevant information to a particular problem.

I asked all regulars, at that time, and Imeo how they felt about it, and all were in agreement to keep the majority of social threads over at GG.com.

And to be fair, the majority complied with this to begin with, but the draw of the sub forum is strong, and pulls everyone back time and time again. Even Imeo seldom posts over there, other than to answer potential customers.

It is disheartening, but I still maintain the forum, as do a few of us. And as long as any single person posts there I will do my best to maintain it.

So there are no hidden reasons why I seldom post here, if I did, then the other forum would have to close, its as simple as that. And that would be a shame, as it was a gift to Imeo, and despite everything, I have kept it going along with a lot of support from Suzi, who has helped keep the spammers out, a big job in itself.

I dont blame people for posting here, I enjoy it myself, and if Imeo would rather not have the other site, fine, I will be glad of one less job to do every day, so, just tell me, I wouldnt be annoyed at all...

Perhaps Imeo can PM me his opinion on this, then its future can be discussed in private saving all parties embarassment.

My dear chistena.

Habits are stong and its dificult to stop them. ECF is a 8 months habbit now and I try not to forget my forum but its a little dificult.
Another reason is that I am used to the interface of this forum.
Another one is that the most people are here so they can easily see what is going on with me or GG.

These are some of the reasons that keep me and other people away from a more frequently posting on GG forum. Many people will agree with me and maybe they add a few more reasons here.

GG forum is an exellent forum (my sister that makes internet pages told me that its a very proffesional and good looking site) and more people must post there inclunding me of course. I must be the first one that must do it so other people will come there. I know that I dont support as I want to my own forum but the reason is simple. I am between making GGs, answering ECF and talking to skype with parteners and making insurance work.

My opinion is that we must move totally to the other forum. This forum will not close but all GG stuff must be talked there. There is no reason for 2 full functional forums.

So we can post a link to every thread here that leads to GG forum. This one will be for special occations like new announcments, new GGs, updates, etc.

Any other ideas or opinions are welcome from any member here and I would be glad to hear them.

The advantages of the GG forum will be:

1) No drama there
2) Only real GG friends that they are not looking for trouble

Some others that I cant think of them now.

Christena, I have thanked you and Gadget many times in the past and I will do it one more. The GG forum was the best gift I had in my e-cig life and I feel stupid that I dont support my forum. Its like not supporting my GG.

So if you agree or disagree or you want to add some thoughts to my suggestions please do it.

Imeo, I am not criticising you or the others, I do understand totally why you feel more at home here.. I would be a fool not to understand that.

Your thanks are not needed, you have done that many times, so no more thanks are required. I merely answered a question Rainy asked.

I do understand also that you have to do the 'day job' as well as all related GG work, and there are only so many hours in a day...

Customers are your priority, and thats exactly how it should be, thats why we created it in the first place, so that this forum could be released a bit so customers could find their way around a lot easier.

Can I give you an example of a working forum... and I am sure he wont me doing it.

Jason over at Totally Wicked, created his website and forums, like you, he is a busy man, so, he decided to pop in as often as he could to begin with... then he left the running of it to his loyal supporters, and finds he is now free to control his subforums ( 2 of them ) and get on with his business.

So if I made it sound like a criticism, it was not meant so forgive me for that.

My idea when we first started it was to keep you out as much as possible, other than you popping in and answering posts only you could answer, which you would be informed of by PM, and then once a week arrange a Meet Up With Imeo night in the chat room. And I still think that would work...

I dont want you to abandon anything, and certainly not the forum that attracts new GG owners, that would be foolish.

We need the website to be more prominent on the forums, (suggestions welcomed) and more people encouraged to partake of it.

A Link will be provided to Ikens site, or we could set up e-commerce, from which you could have sold stock, instead of doing it through here.

So the whole idea would mean...more time for you to do what needs to be done.. and more entertainment for those who visit, whether it be to post on the forums, or meet up in chat.

So, there you go... some thoughts...

I really want my own site, GG deserves that but I am mostly here because I started here and because of a habbit. But habbits can change, people will learn the GG forum as they learn all forums in internet.

I believe that GG must have its forum exclusively and we can come here to post in general forums (me included) like we have already done.

If we want our forum we must support it. Why to have GG site only for some important issues and not an all day primary site with its forum full functional? What do you think Christena?
