No need to take it personally, I certainly didn't. She said she felt that mixing by weight is stupid. Not that you or I are stupid. I have enjoyed Andrias post for quite some time now and even run an Achilles on her recommendation. I just dissagree with her on this point.
BTW: On the farm we sold the raw milk by the pound in to the tank truck
Agreed, Andria is a wonderful contributor and wonderful person and meant no disrespect. She was just voicing that her personal choice is by volume and not weight. I have often said that something is stupid thinking my way may be a better way and never meaning for it to be offensive. Just a poor choice of words.
What ever method you decide to use is the correct method.
