ok, so totally new to cartos, clearos etc. always dripped onto a 401 atty. but now the Silver Bullet is in the mail i want carto type equipment.

I'll be getting the Vision Deux's, the CE2s, and the sapphires first.

with the tubes on the vision, it looks like you just (gently) tug them off vs the wiggle of the ce2s. and do the sapphires clean the same as the CE2s? (drain, wiggle off tube, warm water rinse, dry burn, replace tube)

final question: on a 3.7 v unit, which ohm for the sapphires? and based on my background, should the 2.6-2.8 ce2 be a good match for me? i want to order these tonight so that i dont have to drip on my 401 attys for too long with this unit.

With all those type of carts its the same to remove the tube, screw onto battery and GENTLY wiggle it off.

As for ohms generally 2.6-2.8 should be good. If you want a warmer vape then 2.4-2.6 would be better. But I use my 2.6-2.8 at 3.7 - 4.2 and they are great.

Should be, but I can't really say with 100% confidence. I have 3 ohm sapphires that work good at 3.2 and 4.2 (but they are a MUCH cooler vape than the ce2's as its a bottom coil). But I have other ones that are 2.6 that don't seem to work as well.

The sapphires are a little iffy (at least with the old version that they had, the new ones seems to be much much better). But if you want my honest input I say get a pack of each and see which you like better.
