I was just ready the others sub-forum and it seems like the favorite place for Bloog complaints, I think I saw 3 different ones asking about their products while sneaking in digs at Bloog, makes since to me they would have a better chance of getting their issues addressed here, maybe I'm wrong. oh well
I guess I am sensitive to this because I have read other forums where anytime someone posted something that even hinted at not LOVING everything about the sub-forum products, the poster would get pounced on by "devotees" of the product. I just hope we don't develop that kind of culture on this sub-forum. I enjoy civil and free exchanges of information and concerns.

The vendors sub forums are typically full of fanboy/girl behavior, as someone else mentioned today. I've seen unhappy customers over there get jumped on too. BUT in the midst of the nonsense, a cs rep (or two or three) or a cs supervisor or even the owner will show up & promise to fix the situation. IMO this is the real downfall here. I've had issues with the riv4ls that made me so mad but at the end of the day they did take care of each and every issue. At the time it seemed to take forever, but looking back they sent me replacements, and are readily available to help here, via live chat on their site, via trouble tickets, emails & phone (yes, I have used all these ways to contact them, lol). I can only imagine how different the response would have been to a "this is what a burning cartomizer looks like thread". And that is why their customers keep coming back. Their product is not superior, but their cs is. I love my bloog. I'm not knocking the product. It the rest of this thats frustrating and disheartening.
