I haven't given up on Bloog but I have spoken with Mike in the past. We have posted our concerns here and given our thoughts and experience in emails. That means to me they are aware of the situation. And, to date, we have their response.

I don't think anything is going to change until they get their stock issues under control. We are seeing some improvement with fulfillment and customer service but only when items are on hand.

I wish I didn't have so many projects running right now or I would offer my services at a discount. My experience runs from the store front (website), through customer service and order processing and all the way to fulfillment, shipping the order.

And personally, I would have fired their web guy ages ago. I have built and "stocked" an e-commerce website from the ground up in six weeks while doing the equivalent of a full time job on other projects. The fact that simple images, products and quantities aren't being updated properly is absurd.

Damnit, slim. You got me back up on my soap box. :p

Was it something I said?
I think you and your involvement and motivation are awesome! I may call, but I'd honestly feel a little weird having only made one order with no cs problems (or did I forget about them?) and near insignificant equipment complaints (ry4 cartos leaky).

In completed unrelated news I got my sense of taste back today. Like a freaking switch. One second I'm halfway through my second to last kamel carto, which was my least favorite of 3 bloog flavors, and BAM! Gone is the faint roses and powder, and holy ....! A little bit of camel tobacco, but sweet, wet, chewing tobacco, and, umm, yummy flavors I've never tasted before, because unbeknownst to me I haven't actually tasted anything for the last 20 years.

I felt like I was in the freaking matrix!

Analog: Do you know what it really reminds me of? Kamel, 16mg. Did you ever vape Kamel, 16mg?
Switch: No, but technically, neither did you.
Analog: That's exactly my point. Exactly. Because you have to wonder: how do the machines know what Kamel tasted like? Maybe they got it wrong. Maybe what I think Kamel tasted like actually tasted like reds, or watermelon. That makes you wonder about a lot of things. You take RY4, for example: maybe they couldn't figure out what to make RY4 taste like, which is why RY4 tastes like everything. Or 555. They just straight deleted that one from the matrix.
Apoc: Shut up, Analog.

That right there reminds me of some random thought I had decades ago. Regarding color, but taste would apply too. I see something is Green. You also see it as Green. But is what you know to be green the same as what I know to be green? If I saw it through your eyes, would I think hey that's not green, that's Red.

As I left work yesterday, I passed a co-worker. Outside I realized I forgot something, came back & got it, left again. As I was leaving, I passed the same co-worker in the same place. She laughs and said: there must be a glitch in the matrix.
If it wasn't for reading about that in this forum, I wouldn't have gotten the joke. (saw the movie but was so long ago I had forgotten those details)

Slim, for the record I do not feel it's my place to either encourage or discourage you from voicing your opinion in whatever manner you choose. That's why I've stayed silent on that thread.

Leaford, I totally understand that you and Red cannot respond to or comment on my "campaign". I hope everyone understands that my campaign suggestion is not at all related to, or directed at either Red or Leaford.

In fact, as I stated, I fear that the company is not doing justice to, or living up to the e-cig products you have and are continuing to develop. It makes me feel bad for you Leaford. Your products deserve to be in much better hands, and to be promoted and distributed by a company that will enhance the products' reputation, not negatively impact the regard and perceived value of them.

You have worked hard to develop these superior e-cig batteries and cartomizers, the slick mini-PCC, and the whole line of MaxxFusion products. I just want Bloog to treat them as the gems they are.

And Red, I know you want to solve all these issues for us. I'm grateful for the things you are able to help us with, and that you are now representing Bloog cs on this sub-forum. But you're the new guy on the block and frankly, no matter how long you are at Bloog, you just won't have the power to resolve most of the issues I listed. I am hoping that my "movement" would also potentially benefit the two of you as much as it would the customers of Bloog.

Again, I know neither of you can respond to or comment on this post. I just hope I'm not upsetting you, because that is not my intention. None of this is directed at you guys. If you feel I'm off base or out of line, I hope you find a way to let me know.

Thank you analog. Only do what you are comfortable with.

Thanks for the hug Frick.

Thanks Gardner, for getting up on the soap box.....good to know I'm not alone. :)

I'd glad to hear you have talked with Mike in the past as well. I'm curious about the issues you discussed with him, but I understand that may be confidential. You certainly have exactly the kind of knowledge and experience Bloog could benefit from.

I haven't given up yet either. Thus my call for a movement! :danger: (just imagine a more appropriate message on that sign)

btw, glad you like the avatar.

After being married for almost 60 years, an 85-year-old couple dies in a car crash. They had been in good health for the last decade, mainly due to the wife’s interest in health food and exercising.

When they reach the Pearly Gates, St. Peter takes them to their mansion, which is adorned with a beautiful kitchen, a master bath suite and a Jacuzzi. As they look around, the husband asks St. Peter how much all this is going to cost.

"It's free," St. Peter replies. "This is Heaven."

Next, they go out into the back yard to survey the championship-style golf course the house is located on. They will have daily golfing privileges, and each week the course changes to a new one based on the Earth's great golf courses. The husband asks: "What are the green fees?"

St. Peter replies: "This is Heaven, you play for free."

Next, they go to the clubhouse and see the lavish buffet lunch where all the cuisines of the world are laid out. "How much to eat?" asks the husband.

"Don't you understand yet? This is Heaven, it is free!" St. Peter replies, with some exasperation.

"Well, where are the low-fat and low-cholesterol tables?" the husband asks timidly.

"That's the best part," St. Peter replies. "You can eat as much as you like of whatever you like and you never get fat and you never get sick. This is Heaven."

With that, the old man goes into a fit of anger, throwing down his hat and stomping on it, and screaming wildly.

St. Peter and the man's wife both try to calm him down. They ask him what's wrong.

The old man looks at his wife and says: "This is all your fault! If it weren't for your blasted bran muffins, I could have been here 10 years ago!"

Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious,
If you say it loud enough you'll always sound precocious.

I hope you spelled that correctly or else Star and Frick are going to have a fit.

It checks out. Pride points all around. :p

Evie, you don't have to do that. It's a bit of a joke that anyone even notices, and although I tend to notice, I rarely attempt to correct someone or point it out.

I'm sure I make a mistake or two myself. I've done quite a bit of professional writing, so I tend to notice it more than others (except star), but it's an informal forum.

As this sub-forum's motto says: It's All Good. :)
