Since replacing the supplied 510 pin with a M3x16mm machine screw and old BVC insulator, mine has been running well save for some wicking issues I need to resolve (occasional dry hits). Unlike some others, I think this thing delivers nice flavor and I've been using it as my primary rta for the last several days. I certainly don't like it better than my Lemos but I do like it.

Of course, it may go crazy on me again at any time.

Ya, it just keeps getting better. Focalecig got back to me and told me to wait until the new parts arrived before they would talk about a refund. That got me working on the Bride of Chucky again.

I break it down and find the o-ring that holds the deck in place is perfectly cracked in half with part of it in the right spot and the other half just sitting on the bottom of the deck. It seriously looked like it was perfectly cut in half. New 15mm o-ring in place and a 28 ga rebuild and the bride is up and running again.

Now here is the weird part, the deck hasn't been off since I received it and gave it a bath. How in the hell does that happen.

Excessive heat from rising resistance?

The State of Confusion
I think Midsouth Trading was selling the Kingtu clone. I just ordered one from: https://originvape.com/product/squape-reloaded-rta-clone/
With coupon code VDND2014 for 10% off. It came out cheaper than most of the Kingtu pre-orders listed on ebay. And shipped two hours after I placed the order.

Mid South is, but his regular web site is new and has nothing in / on it.

But...BUT you can contact him via email outside of Ebay..;);)

He has quite a bit on Ebay, all quality clones...

Focalecig gave me a refund for my 2 squape reloaded clones and told me to keep them so that tells me they have had lots of problems and complaints.

Honestly they should refund us all for what we've put into it. I know they're going to tell me to wait for the rebuild kit first.

I've submitted tickets to FT for the 2 SR that I received for a refund or credit today.

I've been fooling around with these for several days now. I can get them to work for a bit by putting extra o-rings, grommets, etc on the 510, but then the resistance goes haywire for no reason.

I read somewhere that a Kayfun 510 insulator would work & was going to tear apart one of mine. Then I thought...what am I doing?? I'm going to remove a part from a good working atomizer just to try to get this one to work for a bit longer. What will happen when that non-conductive finish starts wearing off? I will be stuck with 2 atomizers that are useless.

It would be one thing if the SR had an out of this world vape, but at best it is mediocre. Finally time to throw in the towel & call it quits on them. I've spent hours everyday fiddling with these things, determined to get them to work right. It's just not worth it. I could get a major short & blow up a battery or ruin one of my VV/VW devices.

Well I got my Infinite Rose V2 gave it a nice bath, wrapped a 26 ga 1.2 coil and loaded it up, threw it on the meter .6 ohms. Made sure that both the leads were in nice and tight by giving it a tug, yep it solid, .6 ohms.

Build the coil apart leaving the leads screwed in to give it a good tug and it's in there nice and solid.

New build, same exact problem.

So in closing I will just say that my luck sucks!

whtfang, did you have to attach any pics when you submitted your tickets? I keep buying stuff to make this thing work, and I could've bought something NICE with all the money I've spent so far. Plus I could buy a really nice mod with the credit I could get for this POS.

I can't believe it. I bought Focalecig's USA Warehouse Rose V2, made by Pallas and I love it.

I tried several different builds on it and they all worked for me.

Here is my favorite build that I'm vaping on all day every day:

Yeah, that's how I feel. How much more do I have to spend? I bought those insulators fro FDV today, but I think that was dumb of me :(

I'm sorry to hear about the Rose, Marc. I just love mine.

Thanks Roxy, It was an easy build and I like the design. The positive grub screw had some metal shavings and I think there may be a short. I tried a third build and the ohms were jumping all over the place.

I'll give it another run.

Pull that post out and check it. I had that happen when a coil leg snapped.

Whoa... that's nice. Ribbon welded to regular Kanthal? How does that work? Just a tack weld?

Correction: Kanthal Ribbon welded to low resistance pure nickel wire. NR-R-NR with simple little Capacitor welder.
Nickel wire serves as low resistance leads to the coil. Much like when you plug in your iron, you want just the heating element to get hot, not the whole iron including the power cord, right? Same idea.
