Congrats Roxy!

Vaperev has them back in stock but i'm guessing they won't last long. I'm *this* close to pulling the trigger but I haven't yet convinced myself it's a $170 vape. The clone is damn good when it works. So, I may just settle for the $20 gremlin and enjoy it when it's not trying to kill me.

They ran out of W decks already though. Cloud9 has all the accessories. And when they take off VAT it ends up the same price even with shipping if you decide to get it.

I ordered 1882100 from FT weeks ago and found this thread. While I was waiting for it. I read thru 50 plus pages and I thought Oh no it's going to be be a real POS.
Well it showed up a few day ago and I built it like A video I saw on you tube. Using the W deck insert. The 510 pin was not making contact so i had to loosen it or I would get check atomizer error.
When I tried it, it was real gurgley and then the juice all ran out the AFC hole :( I pulled the 510 pin out and put an extra O ring on it from a key chain screw driver that comes with all most all attys. With the extra O ring I was able to tighten the 510 pin and still have it contact the mod with no check atty error.
I lowered the coil into the juice channel and stuff the channel full of cotton all the way down to the end of the channel and now it has bin running real good for 2 days I just filled it up for a second time and it still works good with no leaks
All things considered I am liking it so far it has an excellent vape no dry hit the flavour is really good and the air flow is excellent. I use it on the second biggest hole and it's perfect for mouth to lung inhales On the biggest air hole it would probably be good for lung inhales but i don't care for them.
I would say it's up there with a Rose V2 and an Erlkonigin. I feal bad for all of those who have had bad luck with there's But mine is pretty good so far :)

I got the same FT SKU delivered on the 16 October which looks like it's been pulled by FT ;) cleaned it IPA, Ultrasonic cleaner.

Haven't modded it at all as it came no o ring changes.

Watched a few YouTube builds with the W deck built it about 10 times now .8 - 1.5ohm it's been fine never leaked or problems with shorting.

As with all clones it's likes rolling a dice YMMV, I find its a bit ugly and one massive atty. I orginally had a genuine one but only with a S deck I couldn't justify the price and sold it.

The nano kit is cheap but it's no looker.

Glad some of you got good clones.

I think we all helped in the manufacturing process Roxy. They built them quick, we QC'd them (beta testers), them made adjustments and now folks are getting some decent ones.

Focal refused to take mine back, they said each one was used. I wanted to tell them they came out of the box, were filled with liquid but barely used. :)

I know, we are stuck with this garbage. First it was wait for the rebuild kit we are sending you. Then it was, oh, you used it so we can't take it back.

I will say FT has a better return policy. Generally FC does carry the better clones, but the SqR wasn't one of them. I did buy the Zero clone, but not until Nikki ran it through tests and showed me a pic of the wiring. And I bought the SXK Stingray X. I have a black copper Stingray made by them already though, and others who have it, love it.

I crossed over and picked up a eXpromizer (German I believe made in China) and so far I really like it. It doesn't produce the flavor quite like the Rose but it's pretty damn close and much easier to build.

I grabbed a couple extra springs just in case something went wrong since delivery takes a little time. It use's the same principles as the REO, get a short and the spring collapses. Real easy to build and so far no dry hits or leaking. The chimney and deck is designed like the Kayfun only larger and I use a little more cotton on the build. ACB is killer in it and the price was nice even with the VAT.

The Billow looks good, I like the chimney on the air flow to reduce possible leaks. This time I think I'm going to take a backseat and wait on a couple reviews although I have enough O-rings, screws and miscellaneous parts to start a atomizer repair shop.

The Expromizer has a simple design and that's what I was looking for after the Squape fiasco. midsouthtrading swapped out the Kingtu Squape for an ErlK that I'm going to get into today and play with but right now I would have to say the Rose still produces the best vape.

Petemoss nailed it, the Pallas Rose has been pretty nice to me so far, no hassles since the first set up and the Expromizer right behind it. Both have the same build, 29ga 1.7 ohm build in them and I'm really liking both of them a lot right now.

I don't like the Aqua or the fogger for that matter, any dual coil tank seems more suited for lung inhales, I'm not to keen on them. A lot of vapour but very little flavour :(
I have a Flash e Vapour v3 coming hope it works good a lot of people saying it's good, same style as a GS and I really like my GS :)
It looks like it wont be a looker but most tanks aren't. As long as it works good I will be happy

The bottom coil RTAs I have:

V4 Foggers, all 3
V5 Fogger
V4 BIG Fogger
V5 BIG Fogger
Aqua
Squape R
Kaiser
Kayfun with top fill and pyrex mods

I have tried Kanthal, FDV donuts and now Ni200 in all.

The best juice flowing single coil atty I have is the Kaiser, design very much like the Rose. The Kaiser has a ceramic cup, pyrex tank and adjustable juice and air flow and is top fill without having to upset juice or airflow.

The best taste and volume atty by far is the BIG Fogger. The BIG has a huge build deck and the V5 is a top fill with a rubber plug under the AFC to hold it in place. Juice flow can be adjusted somewhat by screwing the chimney into the top first. The AFC can be obstructed but can be compensated for by screwing the bottom tank collar up until the base air holes are not obstructed by the AFC ring.

Both have a tendency to leak if not wicked properly. The foggers can get dry if not wicked properly. There is a very fine line on a fogger build between dry and leak. Just getting the Kaiser to stop leaking can be a feat but once you do, you're home free.

I can dump 20W into a single coil Kaiser and 37 watts into a BIG Fogger...without leaks and the same great flavor as a kayfun or a squape R at 12W. But at 37W that is way too much vapor for me so my BIG builds end up being 24W now with 4mm coils instead of 5mm.

The foggers can support vertical as well as horizontal builds. The vertical builds are easier to wick without getting leaks. But given the DNA40 and the way I use it, the taste is the same.

The mod you use can make a big difference, the DNA40 with temperature protect will help you sort out atty build problems whether they be insufficient wicking or coil issues if you use it by setting the power to a level that temp protect never kicks in throughout the length of your draw including successive draws ie chain vaping. Using this method, I get the same flavor no matter what I build. The only difference is the amount of vapor produced IE the power the atty can sustain giving the same great taste.

Taste = Temperature & Volume = Power

I like the Aqua because of its small size but I really like glass tanks vice plastic or solid metal. But it vapes fine, only I could never get it to quite double what a single coil atty can do. IE My Kayfuns can sustain 12W, the Foggers 24W. Makes sense. Put in two of the same coils and give them the same amount of juice flow and the power should double. The Kaiser with a single coil can sustain 24W easily. Getting 40W or close to it on a BIG Fogger and it is just way too much vapor for me even if the taste is the same.

The point is, an attys inherent ability to flow juice and allowed build size (total heated surface area in contact with sufficiently wet wick) is what separates their performance given temperature is not exceeded.

That was the most disappointing thing to me about the Squape R. I expected it to flow more juice than a KF but alas, a 12W setting on the DNA40 is max it can sustain throughout my draw and not hit 410F just like the KF.

For it's size, the Kaiser is really phenomenal. I don't have a Rose but they are very similar designs. The Rose appears to have larger juice slots through the cup which suggests if properly wicked it can sustain even more power before temp protect than the Kaiser. The biggest drawback to the Kaiser its it's small juice capacity. I thought yiloong was going to release a BIG version of the Kaiser but they haven't as yet. It can be single or dual coil but I have found a larger diameter single coil is the ticket for the Kaiser.

Out of all the builds I have tried, I have found that you can get a through-wicked coil too long regardless of atty. A coils length relative to its diameter is important. If the length ends up around 2 X the diameter in length or greater, the center will get hotter and drier quicker. You can see this on rebuilds when you take it apart and see the buildup in the center. That's where the vertical builds on the foggers shine, they can last substantially longer. You can have relatively long coils since the wick is around the coil, not through it, the end furthest from the juice hole ie longest wick length is where the most buildup occurs. But they can sustain a lot of surface area.

I think my Roses are Pallas clones, too. Have you tried the Lemo? Easy kayfun build, but just better in every way. Flavor is excellent even with a simple single coil.

You keep saying you really like the LEMO so I should probably grab one. You defiantly didn't steer me wrong with the Rose.

I got the Expromizer V1.1 from midsouthtrading and I am also getting the Ehpro SQr from midsouthtrading as well. I asked him to test it before shipping, to make sure it doesn’t leak and works properly.

I have had no problems with the spring, I saw you mentioned that earlier Marc. I did have a problem with it leaking when it first arrive and added an O ring to the top cap. No more leaking. It is my go to atty, great flavor, easy build, top fill, good AF, and holds 5 mil of juice.

Lemo is one you should get as well, only down side is the fill method. Other than that it is comparable to the Expromizer clone. Priced around $31.00.

Lets us know how you make out with the ErlK from midsouthtrading.

Roxy do yourself a favor and get an Expromizer, great vape.

Just got my squape reloaded. It is a whole heck of a lot better than the squape! The bottom coil atomizers I have are the kaiser, lemo, expromizer, taifun, orchidv4, rose 2, the aqua, kayfun, squape, and squape reloaded. Flavor wise, taifun wins hands down. But kaiser is also good. Back to the squape reloaded, the first squape gave me nothing but trouble. It burned wicks, leaked, and was a all around unpleasant expirence but this squape reloaded I must say is a pretty good vape.I haven't changel decks yet but so far using organic cotton I get tons of vapor and decent flavor.no leaking or burning. I'm pretty happy with this one. The first squape was a total fail for me but the reloaded is defiently worth getting!
