GG, I rotate between several mods throughout the day. They all have the exact same juice in em too :)

I refill the most used ones about every other day. They're all 6ml but they're never even empty when I fill them.

Nah, I'm not even close to weaning off nic. I recently reduced to 12 mg though and see no reason to go lower. But I do seem to vape allot. It seems like I'm pretty much always vaping.

And when I leave the house I only take one mod. I have taken an extra battery though have never needed it but that's only when I know I'll be gone for more than 4 hours.

Like I said, I'm a pretty heavy vaper by my standards but 6ml is plenty for me for all but possibly an overnight scenario. I would load up on stuff if I had to travel / be away for longer than most of a day :)

It's a cute smiley:). When I started, I varied my juices a lot, trying to find ones I liked, because I wasn't sure what I liked, and I didn't fully like anything I was vaping...

Now, I'm settled into 3 I REALLY like (pretty recently actually), and so I've cut down a lot on the experimenting. For the past month, I've done a lot more mod experimenting and juice experimenting too, so I guess I've been vaping more because of that. But I go by the volume more than the ML, because I fill the bottles when they empty ahead of time. Most of my blends are complementary, so if I swap juice, I just swap the bottle. But I definitely go through 3 18650 REO bottles a day. I suppose that's a lot... I didn't realize that.

Well, you can see by my signature what juice vendor I prefer and what's awesome is they don't have a few juices that are great and the rest "meh". All of them are great tasting. I have over 60 different flavors from them, many are re-orders. And more I still want to try.

I think I remember way back Karen ( nerak) said that she had a special custom prototype "super mini" woodvil with a 6ml bottle. I remember her saying that the walls were very thin to accomodate but it fit. Not sure about metal REO

I do have a super Mini Woodvil. But the super part is the 18490 battery works in it. The bottle didn't change. Just a standard Mini Woodvil with a bigger battery.

ETA - I did NOT realize that smiley was going to be so big!

But it works perfectly, I like it. I started with 36mg juice and slowly cut down the nic instead of the juice over three years I'm down to 15mg. I did find that with BF instead of dripping I go through more juice.

Unless it's a really short trip I always carry spares at least two Reo's. When I'm gone for several days or more it's 4 Reos and a kit that include coil making stuff and even a rebuild kit.

Well, I swap bottles, but they aren't empty to the bottom, because the tube can't get it all. There's usually only about 1-2 mm of juice at the bottom when I change them out tho...

Ahhh! I'm vaping too much!!!:(

Also, I think it's the way I vape. I don't do lung hits... my lungs are now CLEAR. I mouth hit, and blow out my nose. But I take little short puffs, usually the atomizer gets VERY hot. That's why I have such rotation, I get one hot, and go around usually 4 mods, and then back to the first, and when I feel like a different juice, I'll take a hit of a 5th. By then, the first one is warm and not hot anymore... so I guess I vape continuously too:p.

Want to have some fun with your wife's best cookie sheet?

Been interwebing some more and apparently LDPE is very easy to thermal weld...and they aren't kidding

6ml bottle weld (360x640).jpg

It's not the prettiest as it's just a tester (one of many ) but I bet if you made a jig or a tube to keep the 2 pieces aligned, don't worry about a true cut as you'll melt down any jags and leave yourself a little extra cause when you squish the 2 melty pieces together (you get one shot at it) but it's a done deal...I pressure tested this one to 50 psi on my compressor (only cause I couldn't hold on to it at 100 psi) and squeeze it all you want, it's one piece, period.

just throwin' it out there

Glassgal, I go through about as much as you do. I know I refill my Grand bottles 2-3 times a day. But I switch around a lot, so I don't really keep track very carefully. Also, since I only DIY, I never worry about it or feel compelled to keep track. I mix my favorites in 180ml bottles.

Cool! We can start the 'VA' (vapers anonymous) club... :p. hehehe

Of this I don't doubt...but the point I was attempting to make was if I can weld 2 bottles together...with some sheet cut from big LDPE bottles and a little exacto knife work I'll just make my own square bottle.

I vape less than 6ml a day but I would love more capacity. Swapping a batt is quick and easy and convenient , juice on the other hand is a process and can get sticky. I've got the 9ml vmod bottle and it's awesome but it's still not enough. There is still plenty of room though and a 13ml bottle the same shape as the vmods would fit nicely.

I do love that idea of a large diameter silicon tube and some end caps. Do you have a source on some caps? It would probably be close to 0.5oz capacity!

That is excellent info, do you have some good links to the process?

The process is put a really clean/degreased cookie sheet (or some other metal sheet) on the kitchen range, put it on medium heat and just touch the two halves to the sheet till the edges get melty and clear, it'll kinda stick a bit to the sheet so just twist and pull off and stick the two halves together and hold for a couple seconds...it'll take a couple of attempts to get a decent bottle that doesn't look like some dog leg but I have about 30+ of those 6ml's so I have lots of training material, lol

There are standard LDPE bottles available in 21mm diameter and at least 2 different heights, with the same thread on top as a Reo uses. These might be a candidate, convert round to square with 4 vertical welds to join the 4 square sides, then weld a square base into it? I'd be doing it right now if I could find some half decent info. My google fu is slow today.

ETA - sorry missed your post. Thanks for the info!

I do a lot of plastic welding. this could be welded like many others, you can do it with a soldering iron for a controlled stitch weld on a seam. a variable iron is best and a flat tip helps, if you take a regular lamp dimmer and run it inline with a 35 watt or 50 watt iron you've basically got a professional plastic welder. radioshack has an iron with a dial right on the handle which also works great for plastic welding

you want it hot enough to melt but not hot enough to burn, this stuff will be relatively low temperature

Do you use any filler material or just seam melt?...I've built a number of bf mods where the only thing holding me back from getting crazy is the juice container...this could be a game changer for me....
