FTR, I don't disagree with the clear connection between the meds, BP, and the shooters. That would be plain ignorant. That I'm not. Also I never said take our, thats right our guns away. The Patriot Act and NDAA 2012 have destroyed anything that was left of our freedom. This is death by a thousand cuts, with a few huge blows thrown in as well. When the 2nd amendment was written these weapons didn't exist. To think that the founding fathers would of lumped them in with all the others they intended to make legal, is silly. IMHO.
There will always be necessary weapons in my home to protect my wife and 4 kids, legal or not. I just dont see the need for that much firepower with the destructive capabilities they have.
I 100% agree with you Striker about us being pushed against the wall and enough being enough. I'm just afraid we as a society are too far gone to ever get back whats ours by birthright. Too many lemmings following the one in front right off the cliff.

OK on to the Chobra. I had a 90mm 635 wick in my DID for about 2 weeks now (rough estimate). I have taken it out and torched it clean at least 5 times. I just got out my last new Chobra and trimmed maybe 10 -15 mm off the wick (width), and setup a fresh 1.5Ω coil in the Cho. The top cap has a stock airhole and I had drilled a 2nd airhole in it directly above the wick, on the slant portion. This was for the pyrex tube/coil experiment. Anyway this thing is cranking out the vapor. I'm going to do a little playing around with covering the air holes and opening them to different sizes to tune it. Initial thoughts are this may be something worth pursuing.
It seems like your missing the point of the second amendment though. It has everything to do with the fact that our founding fathers seen this coming and made every effort in giving us the tools to stop it should we ever have to. Its protection against GOV Tyranny.
I am going to take a few quotes to make it a more easy read and get to the points then post the link to what I am quoting.

"The 2nd Amendment is not about hunting and the type of guns that should or should not be allowed to be carried by hunters. As Beck pointed out, the founders did not sit around and decide to put in this critical amendment to keep the hunters happy. Adkins did not hesitate to say it was to protect against government tyranny".

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

"The 2nd Amendment was in place to remind the newly formed federal or general government each state's citizenry would be armed and ready to defend themselves should the need arise".

"If the founders had no concern the federal government could grow tyrannical there would have been no reason for them to put in the 2nd Amendment as part of the contract being formed between the sovereign states and the newly formed, limited federal government. Tyranny was a major concern since the founders knew the habit of man was a habit of seeking power and authority over their fellow man. The rights of citizens of a nation to keep and bear arms was necessary"!

"This is only one example of the many ways our Constitution was crafted to protect the people from an out of control government should it attempt to break the chains of the Constitution. It was, as a whole, developed so the people could control government, not the other way around. Armed militia, citizens of a country, were to defend against tyranny".

"There is no doubt how serious our founding fathers were about this line of armed defense. The last four words shout their seriousness. They did not say may or should not be infringed. The declaration that it shall not be is absolute. Infringed meant the right was never to be broken, violated, or transgressed. It does not matter what precedent has been established by any court since the time this amendment was ratified. Any ruling that breaks, violates, or transgresses this right is unconstitutional and citizens of a nation have a right to keep and bear arms. Why is something so simple so hard to understand"?

"Because many of our political critters and special interest groups want it to be. Don't get fooled by their rhetoric. Just study our history and our founding documents word by word for the true intent and arm yourself with knowledge to defend against their lies and misguided precedent"!

Really read into this with an open mind. What would the 2nd A be if we had slingshots?

About that dual wick Chobra. The only thing I had to run it was that 5v bottom feeder since I was sent the wrong P+ battery tube. I hope the correct tube will be here today so I can try it out and send it to the next person.

Striker , how do i find out if my shipment is stuck in customs...i never ordered anything from the US before and my tracking number LK021956556US only shows that it's still in AR ????Sorry to change the subject guys but i'm getting worried about my zmax !!Thanks

I think they are just overloaded and taking shortcuts. With that I can see a mistake being made though. Here is the CS # 800-275-8777
Get in touch with a real person (not the automated system) and give them your tracking number so they can give you better information.

Striker, they told me if it's priority post , they can track it and it's 6 to 10 days but if it's custom package they can't track it and it could take up to 2 weeks lolll Right now it shows the same , that it's in Ar being sorted!!The number i gave her cannot be tracked international !!!

That stinks. They should still be able to track it from me to customs. Thats the service they offer. Im confused about that one.

A shotgun has plenty of destructive power, mind you this a 1897 slide action shotgun not me shooting but someone I compete with on a regular basis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zNVGQ-Evmo&context=C36e688aADOEgsToPDskKxEhBBpV9htNisalN9bZUt

We have on several occasions had events pitting us cowboy shooters against the local PDs Cops and Cowboys us with single action revolvers lever action rifles and various shotguns Cops with there semi autos hanguns semi auto carbines and duty shotgun either semi or slide action. I and others routinely trash them.

The Chinese also made a clone of the 1897 Winchester shotgun

That sounds like a nice shotty you got there,I have an old crack barrel my grandpa made, as well as my much more modern saiga...unfortunately the saiga falls under the assault weapons ban...plus I'm sure it doesn't help that I have a couple of 30 round drum mags for it.

I own and compete on occasion with several AR15s.
My main shooting is SASS or cowboy useing a Italian clone of the 1873 Winchester rifle I am able to put 10rds on target in 4seconds or less maybe thats to much firepower remember it was originally available in 1873.

The original AWB lasted for 10yrs and was allowed to sunset after having accomplished nothing to deter crime, Whats the expression about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Typed while vapeing a AGA-T on my Segelei set at 10watts

The Saiga 12 unfortunately mine was a jamomatic.
In the video link Drifter is starting with a empty shotgun and pulls the shells from his belt single feeding over the top.
Perhaps if they manage a high capacity magazine ban in the future they will ban high capacity shotgun belts.

I found that I had to break it in a bit, after about 100 or so shells I found it ejected much better...then again I had to do a bit of dremel work to mod it where I could use the barrel mags and took a few mms off of the ejector window while I was in the thick of it....

I found the legendary colt 1911 also needed about 100 rounds or so to break in before it quit jamming, but then again I hated my colt and traded it for a springfield and was MUCH happier with their 1911.

The only 1911 I couldnt get to run was a 3" Kimber ULTRA CPD series II
MY EDC is a Kimber Pro CPD pre series II
The only 1911s I dont own are the Ruger and the S&W with external extractor.

My wife carries the original high cap 9mm made shortly after the 1911 but its of more recent manufacture.
