Stallion carto

I was in the gotvapes site, and saw the seemingly new stallion carto, so I came to the forum to see what the reviews on it are and to get some more info on it.

Cant seem to find any, has anyone tried these? Can the gotvapes guys tell me what the idea behind these are? What are they a good replacement for? Dc? Single coil? Emdcc?
