Even though I've been warned by others here not to vape while driving, I really didn't think it could happened. I normally don't but that morning, a week ago, I just needed a couple of hits. Lo and Behold, a state trooper did a drastic u turn right on the highway with flashing lights and pulled me over. He asked for my license and then asked, can I guess why he pulled me over. I can tell he wasn't in a good mood but then neither was I. I was cutting it close to be on time for work and this, IMO, overzealous state trooper decides he would fill his end of the month quotas by ticketing me. I wasn't speeding and there was no missing tail light. I said I've no idea why. He asked me to step out of the truck and do the DUI test. Why, I asked, I wasn't drinking. By then it was clear he wasn't go to take my "attitude" anymore and that I better shut up and do what he asked. I passed with flying colors which seems to make him more angrier. Finally, he asked what was I smoking. A ecig, I told him. He didn't believe me. I don't blame him there because my extended provari with Iclear 30 tank certainly did not look like a typical ecig like a blu. It finally dawn on me that he thought I was smoking (OTHER STUFF). A mini (EDIT), he called it. Good thing I didn't laugh. I explained what a vapor is and invited him to smell my blueberry muffin ejuice. He couldn't give me a warning because I was innocent on all counts. I, however, asked him to write a note, so to speak, explaining why I was late for work and the A H wouldn't. I called my lawyer the next day and he said that if that state trooper genuinely thought I was doing something wrong, he had every right to pulled me over. Even though I didn't do anything wrong, I guess if I want to vape on the road, get a electronic that looks like a cigarette, right?

That may be a very good idea but I am just enough of a hard head that I will continue to vape and drive. I will be pleasant and respectful when/if they pull me over and I will make sure I am totally legal as far as all the right paperwork in my car/truck. But, I drive a lot and I will still vape and drive. I have a chip on my shoulder, I guess, but I won't give in to someone's ignorance regarding vaping. I think I am a bit unreasonable on this count. If I saw a person drinking from a glass of iced, amber liquid and driving, I would assume it was whiskey. So, I suppose it just goes without saying, some policeman may think I am (doing something else). I have seen folks drive while sharing a (OTHER STUFF) with passengers. That makes it more understandable that police are concerned about our use of PVs. Oh well. Time will tell.

I vape on an eGo battery all of the time in the car. Maybe if you didn't look like you were sneaking a vape?

I've tried EGO brands. To me, they didn't give me a billow of smoke, warmth and flavor like a tank and provari does. I've been smoking analogs for 30 years and the provari with a tank finally helped me to stop.

I'm sorry! I just wasn't monitoring my mouth (fingers). I will be more careful. I have never been PC or very careful with what I say, but I can learn. I like it here!

Thank you !

I vape while driving all the time.. why the warnings saying not to? Last i checked, it's still legal.

Yep me too. I guess our police around here already know what it is, because they've never taken "notice." For those of you who do have concerns, may I suggest keeping a print out about what you have/use or a business card where your gear and juice came from with you in your car for these types of circumstances. It goes a long way to helping the police sort out what you are doing/using and gives you a little more legitimacy. YMMV
