Don't like it you were hurting but really like you guys are upgraded and running!
Hi Guys, please bear with me a little, I just replied to 60 emails and will get to PMs before the day is over. I had an infection in a tooth that flared up basically overnight and sent me to the hospital. The store will open on time at 8pm Eastern tonight and all orders placed this week will go out on time as well. Great to see so many new KBV peeps! :)
 
Hello all! The store will open as usual around 8pm Eastern tonight, we've been gradually extending the openings towards meeting the goal of being open full time. Also, despite the fact that I always use the image that includes a 96 hour turn around time site orders have recently ranged from 24-48 and that is worst case. We may at some point go to an extended turn around of a week if we feel it would get us over the hump to allow being open 24/7 but that will be announced in advance and would only be initiated if we felt it VERY temporary and would help us meet that goal.

Lastly, we have really upped the stock on most everything although there was one oversight that will effect a few flavors that won't be available until Friday but at that point everything should be available and plentiful, thanks.
 
We've been averaging 48+ hour openings, but still staying with the Tuesday and Friday evening openings at 8 pm Eastern. A few orders may approach the 72 hour turn around as a result of the extended openings and the fact that I had orthopedic surgery today so the girls are on their own and I am limited to packing and shipping. Hopefully that'll change soon but there are risks that include a sinus cavity breach and other thongs :(

Well, THAT does sound worrisome... :p Seriously though, it seems like everything is running as smoothly as it could be given the circumstances. Take care of yourself.
 
Thanks guys no complications so far, it's hard to vape only minimal and take light hits so as to avoid the sucking action that created problems (they don't even want you to use a straw for 2 days). I've vaped very little but the "no tobacco products for 48 hours" certainly wasn't an option :p The store is open and thanks to Missy and Tara we are on a VERY good schedule and orders placed starting now will start shipping tomorrow :) Again thanks for the concern and well wishes :)


ETA We're going to make an effort to run uninterrupted and see how it goes. <fingers crossed>

Thanks Doc, I am feeling much better and I sent you a package recently :)

I do have to warn that Mastercard is REALLY trying to get away from processing and gave us some real fun tasks. The want us to have legal council prepare a statement about the legalities of what we're processing so there is a chance we are interrupted during this process in a few weeks and end up changing processors :( I know several big vendors have been having "site" problems and can't help but think they're dealing with what we are. There is a slim chance we go to WePay during this transaction but that would add hours a DAY with the amount of orders we process. It's an opton that allows anyone to process CCs like paypal but you can't automate it into a cart that I know of.

I'm certain we can obtain other processing and would tell this merchant to "shove it" but it's kinda looking like it's Mastercard is behind it and this merchant is holding in excess of $10,000 of ours, the last time we changed merchants we had a similar issue and lost over $1,000 in the process :( We'll try to comply with their request and see where we get but we're not going to invest $1000s in legal documentation about the status of e-liquid, it's looking like the FDA and/or BT is looking at other ways to win the battle :(

Rest assured we'll come up with something and we have some time with this, but wanting to give everyone an advance notice if we have to get creative for a week or so while we submit applications for processing.
 
boB, is it specifically MasterCard? If we have Visa, AmEx or Discover cards should we make sure to use them or has what MC is doing with the merchant screwing it up for using any card?

It appears it's just mastercard but they're threatening to close the account if we don't provide a statement prepared by legal council that what we're selling is in fact legal. IDK how we go about that and I need to call my rep and see what he says as we have a good relationship with him although he is only the middle man. I've read some where mastercard may be selling or at lest part of it and this is an attempt to make them better for a potential sale.

I'm not sure why we always seem to have problems other than we process liquid only??? Part of the reason I've been scarce lately is due to the fact that I am looking into this and it is correct that this could be a potential problem and leave us possibly using an alternative payment method until we get it straightened out possibly with another merchant account??
