Eh it's a piece of junk wetbox. I got it for free so I use it for testing flavors and that's about it.
The switch on it is terrible.
Here's the rare and elusive Z-2... mosfet switched single 14500 with a 510 head that will fit eGo tanks... A couple of these were released into the wild.

It isn't as stealthy as some of the other creative ideas in this thread but I can get 6 hours of use out of this setup...
Precise +18350 with 306atty and cut down clear drip tip.

These are mods, made by modders.
The concept of a mod should be quite simple to grasp.
If someone bought one of the myriad of commercial PVs listed here and actually modded/altered/improved it (as has been done in the past) that would qualify. Note cutting down a drip tip doesn't count.
