calm down horseys, lolol lets all be nice, i understand though, my youtube messages and pm 's are full of people waiting to kill me over the ravens.

The ravens themselves did not have a issue, it was more like a issue in their whole production line, and again not someting they really thought of as an issue. The story is that some people contacted them and let them know what they saw with the phoenix's ( there version ce3), now we are always speaking to them and have told them what we found long long ago, and even when they did in fact improve the product( thats why we tarted to sell them) there was still minor things that needed improving on all the bottom coils, making sure the coil doesnt touch the hole below, making sure the wick is all equal and alligned proerly., things like that. They decided since the phoenixs really helped launch the ce3 and the 3ml, that they wanted to do what they can to make improvements and changes to the lines where made and this slowed things down for 2 weeks, these improvements have been added to our recent batches and those and other changes will apply to the ravens which will be here soon. i love the ravens and will not rush them, we discuss the progress each day and its been in testing for 5 days now and things are looking very good. .

A batch has been shipped and we will put those up when they arrive, and the main order should ship in a few days. i love the ravens and i think you guys/gals will too

No one has the ravens and the name is exclusive to us and they have agreed, we will be the first to launch them as well.

Thanks Chris for having the balls to make a very thorough and encouraging reply. It is quite a good virtue, I believe, that GV takes the time and expense to work out with the manufacturer the bugs out of a product and thus greatly increases the value of a product to we customers. Your report sounds very encouraging. Am looking forward to getting a gob of them when availability permits.

And now, as Wally says, I can get a good nights sleep, not having to check to see if they've been dropped in the middle of the night.

That tweak is worth the delay for sure. Makes the difference between just good, and freaking great.

To add to what Chris said we spoke with them yesterday for a good long while to get an update and everything is good. Today they were makign a production run of a few hundred. They are going to test this batch same day and if all is well (and they feel there should be no problem) then our product run starts right away...so its comign up fast and soon fellas/gals.

I like this - in the long run it saves headaches and money on both ends and makes sure that YOU (the most important component in all of this) have a great experience with them...Chris & I told them Quality first and they really appreciate that we aren't floggign them over this and last night made a point to tell us that, told us they love working with us because we have that attitude. They are an excellent company and very good people.

Totally agree with both of these..........and duhhhh should have realized before now why y'all are always til 4 or 5 am.....you're talkin to China! lol And to us....and doin a million other things. The last two I knew, just didn't think about China's hours.
