No, it's all been accurately calculated, based on the time continuum fluctuation differential between Sugarland and Whitestone, the fact that 2 hours Whitestone to Sugarland time is indeed 4 hours and 40 minutes, and the exponential ratio between the present and the expected date and the actual date.
Mind you, this is all extremely theoretical, and has been calculated by my secret Fluctuation In TimeTM system (AKA FlucIT).
See I think you're very close on this, but just one tiny bit off.......it's actually Fluxuation which is where they get a 5 ml tank of Hush, zone out and all else ceases to exist.......they don't even notice the passing of time.
