Yup mallow . Neither of those two would really replace vienna cream but you can try vanilla custard . The vienna cream is more like a super sweet icing/ whipped cream and not really a vanilla

First of all I love the sound of this recipe and have just ordered my stuff to get started but I wasn't sure about the EM. Do I order the EM already dissolved in PG or do I buy the crystals and dissolve them in something else?

I made just the lem mer and it tastes like graham crumbs. Does that mean too much flavouring?

Something else must be wrong. Theres no graham note at any percentage

I used 50/50 24mg juice and only Capella Lemon Mer Pie that's it. Maybe wrong labled bottle?
I was so looking forward to this one.
