Ill start this review by saying that I did order from Strictlyejuice when they first opened and received my order accurately and very quickly with the referral free shipping. This was sometime in November so I felt quite confident ordering from them again as they are also on the West Coast and I got their delivery in about two days.
As Christmas was approaching I wanted a kit for my aunt and some juices for my friends, so I confidently placed an order on 12/14, which was a Monday expecting a Wed or even Thurs deliver. Boy was I wrong. I mean, I was super wrong.
I emailed them on 12/17 to see what the deal was and why I didnt have a tracking number. Jane emailed me back and said this:
Hello Brian,
It was sent on the 14th, in the evening. It was shipped via first class mail (as the free option you chose - As per USPS it is 3 to 8 days), so we have no tracking number for it. Your first order on the 21st of November arrived there quickly because you used the "Tell a Friend" option which upgraded your shipping to USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days). Nevertheless, I will ask our Post what the status is. Let us know if you have any more questions.
So, I believed this claim that it was sent out on the 14th and must be slow to get here because of the holidays. My order consisted of five 30 ml bottles, a few smaller samplers and a 510 starter kit for my Aunt. I did not receive this order until Christmas Eve. I was excited when I finally got the package I had been waiting two weeks for so I tore it up. To my extreme disappointment, THREE WHOLE 30 ML BOTTLES were missing!!! The tracking number was also scraped off in such a way that I could not find out what it was no matter what I tried. I suspected it was not sent on 12/14.
These bottles were to be gifts for a couple vaping friends and even my own mother, so I was pretty much screwed and had to head to the mall for some last minute gifts, you know the kind of crap no one wants really and you grab at the last moment, like the stupid alpaca hat I gave my mom.
I emailed Jane immediately with this:

Hi Jane. I did finally receive my order but I am missing a few things!!!!!!!!! The Marlbro Menthol that should should have been in there is a 10 ml bottle. The Doublemint bottles are both missing. That makes 3 30 ml bottles missing!!!! Thats 90 ml I didnt receive or $30.00 worth of my order, one THIRD is missing!!!!! After all this time, this is the most disappointing outcome after the serious delay short of the order being completely lost. Please let me know when I can expect the rest of my order.

So I was very happy hearing that the entire order would be replaced, as at least Id get some free gear for my troubles etc, but boy was I wrong again. Now, she said on 12/24 that that would be replaced ASAP, and that was New Years Eve. Nothing shipped on that Saturday which is when they claimed to reopen, and nothing was sent the following Monday either. This is not ASAP to me as ASAP, means as soon as possible and a customer problem should be handled before new orders. All the while hearing about these awesome shipping times and people much much further away who have gotten their stuff.
When checking on this Whole Replacement Order Jane also mistakenly sent me the tracking information for the first order, the 12/14 order. I tracked it of course and found that it was not sent on 12/14, but 12/21. Thats a whole week discrepancy. I mean, I dont see how you can confuse that if you know what I mean and I was refused tracking on it.
Well, long story short, I finally got my Whole replacement order which consisted of just the three missing bottles and nothing else. In the meantime, I gave the starter kit to a friend of mine instead of my aunt after reading all of the issues with the L2 kits, not wanting my older aunt to have to deal with that. My friends kit is trashed, buttons and LED caps fell off, the carts fit really loose etc Atty does not produce as good of vapor as a OEM Joye, stuff we all know. Well, I felt so bad that I had to give him one of my Joye Manual batteries to use. Of course if the whole order was replaced like I was told, I could just give him the replacement kit.
At this point I really feel like getting SEJ to honor the warranty would be more trouble than its worth as everything with them has been like pulling teeth. Of course I emailed Jane about it not being the complete order as I was told but have received no reply.
Im at the point where Im ready to cut my losses and move on. Just done with this company and their poor service and products. Out of all the juice Ive gotten from them, the only decent one was the Dekang Doublemint, which I love. The other juices, Camel, Mrb Menthol and the hookah series were not well received by me or my friends. Im out emergency Christmas shopping money, and replacement batts/atts etc for friends.
The 5-20 dollars I thought I was saving by ordering through them was definitely not worth it, and I really regret doing business with them. Sometimes it really is worth a couple extra bucks to get good service and a quality product. Trying to get a lower price by going with these folks ended up costing me more than if I went with a reputable supplier in the end.
Just $.02 from a very unsatisfied customer.
