I’ll start this review by saying that I did order from Strictlyejuice when they first opened and received my order accurately and very quickly with the referral free shipping. This was sometime in November so I felt quite confident ordering from them again as they are also on the West Coast and I got their delivery in about two days.

As Christmas was approaching I wanted a kit for my aunt and some juices for my friends, so I confidently placed an order on 12/14, which was a Monday expecting a Wed or even Thurs deliver. Boy was I wrong. I mean, I was super wrong.

I emailed them on 12/17 to see what the deal was and why I didn’t have a tracking number. Jane emailed me back and said this:

Hello Brian,

It was sent on the 14th, in the evening. It was shipped via first class mail (as the free option you chose - As per USPS it is 3 to 8 days), so we have no tracking number for it. Your first order on the 21st of November arrived there quickly because you used the "Tell a Friend" option which upgraded your shipping to USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days). Nevertheless, I will ask our Post what the status is. Let us know if you have any more questions.



So, I believed this claim that it was sent out on the 14th and must be slow to get here because of the holidays. My order consisted of five 30 ml bottles, a few smaller samplers and a 510 starter kit for my Aunt. I did not receive this order until Christmas Eve. I was excited when I finally got the package I had been waiting two weeks for so I tore it up. To my extreme disappointment, THREE WHOLE 30 ML BOTTLES were missing!!! The tracking number was also scraped off in such a way that I could not find out what it was no matter what I tried. I suspected it was not sent on 12/14.

These bottles were to be gifts for a couple vaping friends and even my own mother, so I was pretty much screwed and had to head to the mall for some last minute gifts, you know the kind of crap no one wants really and you grab at the last moment, like the stupid alpaca hat I gave my mom.

I emailed Jane immediately with this:

I received my order but there's a problem #441

Hi Jane. I did finally receive my order but I am missing a few things!!!!!!!!! The Marlbro Menthol that should should have been in there is a 10 ml bottle. The Doublemint bottles are both missing. That makes 3 30 ml bottles missing!!!! Thats 90 ml I didnt receive or $30.00 worth of my order, one THIRD is missing!!!!! After all this time, this is the most disappointing outcome after the serious delay short of the order being completely lost. Please let me know when I can expect the rest of my order.

So I was very happy hearing that the entire order would be replaced, as at least I’d get some free gear for my troubles etc, but boy was I wrong again. Now, she said on 12/24 that that would be replaced ASAP, and that was New Years Eve. Nothing shipped on that Saturday which is when they claimed to reopen, and nothing was sent the following Monday either. This is not ASAP to me as ASAP, means as soon as possible and a customer problem should be handled before new orders. All the while hearing about these awesome shipping times and people much much further away who have gotten their stuff.

When checking on this ‘Whole Replacement Order’ Jane also mistakenly sent me the tracking information for the first order, the 12/14 order. I tracked it of course and found that it was not sent on 12/14, but 12/21. That’s a whole week discrepancy. I mean, I don’t see how you can confuse that if you know what I mean and I was refused tracking on it.

Well, long story short, I finally got my ‘Whole replacement order’ which consisted of just the three missing bottles and nothing else. In the meantime, I gave the starter kit to a friend of mine instead of my aunt after reading all of the issues with the L2 kits, not wanting my older aunt to have to deal with that. My friend’s kit is trashed, buttons and LED caps fell off, the carts fit really loose etc… Atty does not produce as good of vapor as a OEM Joye, stuff we all know. Well, I felt so bad that I had to give him one of my Joye Manual batteries to use. Of course if the whole order was replaced like I was told, I could just give him the replacement kit.

At this point I really feel like getting SEJ to honor the warranty would be more trouble than its worth as everything with them has been like pulling teeth. Of course I emailed Jane about it not being the complete order as I was told but have received no reply.

I’m at the point where I’m ready to cut my losses and move on. Just done with this company and their poor service and products. Out of all the juice I’ve gotten from them, the only decent one was the Dekang Doublemint, which I love. The other juices, Camel, Mrb Menthol and the hookah series were not well received by me or my friends. I’m out emergency Christmas shopping money, and replacement batts/atts etc for friends.

The 5-20 dollars I thought I was saving by ordering through them was definitely not worth it, and I really regret doing business with them. Sometimes it really is worth a couple extra bucks to get good service and a quality product. Trying to get a lower price by going with these folks ended up costing me more than if I went with a reputable supplier in the end.

Just $.02 from a very unsatisfied customer.

Sorry to hear of your problems as well.

So far I've placed one order with them and have no complaints. I ordered on New Year's day and the order arrived three days later complete.

Being a new startup company it sounds like SEJ have a few rough edges to polish, customer service being one of them. Hopefully they will get their act together if they wish to continue in this competitive market.

Kind of in the same boat. Placed an order on the 21st and still haven't received it yet. All my past orders have shown up on time. Don't think I'm ready to write them off yet though. I think they just have a small business with a few employees that got too big too fast. I can understand your frustration though seeing as how some of the things you purchased were gifts.

As to my personal experience with them: they were later sending it out to me then should have been but the holidays were right there in the middle, and I had problems with another package through usps at the same time, from somewhere someone compleatly non vape related. I was (eventually) given a tracking number after inquiring (twice) on the status of my order. All my emails were replied to, etc. Now, mind you, I'm probably not going to use them A LOT, but I'll probably use them again. I'll give them another chance, my first experience wasn't either awful or wonderful but they have lots of parts and decent prices.

I'll put in my .02 as well. After watching the boards for a while, I too decided to jump on the wagon and place an order. I ordered 70mL's worth of juice. Was excited because everyone was saying they deliver fast. One poster on this thread said 3 days from Ca to NY. Well, Im also in NY... guess what... 8 days later the juice got here.
I ordered menthol and 555. The 555 has alot to be desired. No nutty flavor at all. I havent tried the menthol yet, but Im assuming it will be the same. In any event, not too bad for 28 bucks. Normally, 70mL's would cost me around $90 plus shipping. So I can look at it two ways: Either be mad that it took 8 days for "ok" juice to get here with no tracking number and free shipping, or pay more than double plus shipping to get better juice in 3 days. Im not sure which way to look at it. I cant commit to them being "my juice supplier" like I did about the other place I ordered from... but I cant count them out when money is tight.

LOL I must be strange- I got more then what I paid for through Strickly E-Juice. I also understood it was a brand new company and I understood what that means when ordering.

I was going to give a kit as presents for xmas. First delivery super fast from Ca to NY in 54 hours from click of computer to my mailbox. Impressive but then I thought hey new company hope they can keep this up.

Then I saw problems on the switches LOL not like we haven't seen that on the boards even with 100. mods. So, I tested them and found out they were faulty. I contacted Jane asking where to mail them back and someone would have to sign for them. She said no problem we will send 2 out today and maybe she mention they would add something else and apologized. I waited ten days and had not rec'd them. I know their new company and said I was sorry for writing so soon 10days with holidays and all. I wanted to know they were on their way to me. She apologized again and said she was so sorry that she honestly forgot. Well I always "try" to see things from another's shoes and understood completely. I told her no problem and that I am glad that I had wrote. That we all mess up at times and that is true. Long story short she appreciated my kindness and sent it out right away with a few extra items mm not tell ya all what I got you' might get jealous or mad LOL. My mother always said, you get more with honey then venom. I find that always true.

Now after having the L2 it's not a joye 510 vapper. Many say it's like a 901 and the tips for the 901 make mine at least usable. I was going to use it as an emergency atty because b4 the 901 carts it was like trying to suck a pea through a straw (another poster great discription)

Today I got my 901 carts from Electronic Ash got 5 carts for 1.99 bought total of 40 for under 16.00 delivered. Makes smoking the L2 fine for when you don't want the big throat kick of joye. It actually reminds me of 808 cartos.

I think Ash still has some available, they have their own forum under suppliers. Great place- I think with the coupon code and knowing your going to buy e-juice on your first order..you get the box and free shipping for about the same as CIGNOT BUT The juice bottle is 2x's the size : ). Read some of his customer reviews. I am an Ash fan lol me and my 50ml apple 16.99 delivered hehehe

I put a order in on thursday to NYC (for some liquids) and just got a email saying shipped monday , which is understandable being that it was over a new year's weekend but ill leave my feedback after i see the quality. The shipping i'm thinking maybe i should have maybe took the upgrade to priority but for the price its all good~

I've had the same kind of experiences with them. My first order (ordered arround dec 20 and arrived just after christmas) went through smoothe as silk. Got the L2 kit for my dad in metalic blue. Carts were a little loose, but not bad enough for me to worry about it. I had ordered extra cart in black and they sent white. When I emailed them about it they told me that they should have been black, appologized and gave me a coupon for my next order.

So I decided to order some parts from them as I am on my last fully functional atty. I ordered on Dec 30 and immediately got the "approved transaction" email quickly followed by the "payment recieved". Thats where everything jammed up.

I sent two emails asking for a package status with no responce, then I posted on the forums about it and sent a third email.

This is my third email:

"Payment for your order #XXXX has been received. However I've got no package and no communication.

I've sent two emails, (now three) and had no responce. I'm starting to loose confidence in your business.

So what is the status of my order? What is the estimated delivery date?

I'm surviving on a half dead atomizer, trying to limp along till my package
arrives. I REALY don't wanna buy a pack of analogs."

This is the responce I recieved:

"Hey Chris,

For some reason, your e-mails were going into our spam box.

I am sorry for this. There are only three of us that run this business, with one employee leaving because of the workload and no pay. We have only been here for a little over a month, and we process from 70-120 orders a day (we didn't have a Christmas, or a New Years for we worked and worked and worked); in addition to addressing customer comments, inquiries, and concerns. We all have full time jobs and do this part time, and are in a transition to making it full time. We are trying our hardest, night after night, day after day, to fulfill customer needs and wants, however, we realize that this is impossible. Other vendors that have much faster and flawless shipping and processing time either have more employees, or, do not receive as many customers. And, if they can fulfill the lack of service we have, we don't want any customers to have to suffer our imperfections. Why? Because, quitting tobacco use shouldn't depend on slow service, which we ultimately believe.

Currently, the owner is hiring more employees, so as to fulfill the workload, and is contemplating on closing the site down for about a month or so. However, I recommend he leave it open. Furthermore, we are having issues with our manufacturer, and the horrible position they put us in with some battery and atomizer defects. We will be getting our Joye parts on Friday. There are a number of "behind the scenes" issues that customers do not understand, i.e. Shipping prices going up, packaging, processing, competitors trashing us on forums and pretending to be someone else, and the business matrix itself.

Overall, I can't hold you back from going somewhere else, and we encourage you to always seek out the best vendor. I hope you understand, and I believe cignot.com and totallywicked.com can fulfill these needs. I say thank you for your support and everything that you have done to defend us. Rest assured, we are working very hard to prevent and mend many issues, and soon, we'll have this business running perfectly."

As you can clearly see, they pretty much told me that if I don't like it to order from someone else, and still gave me no status for my package.

Sounds to me like they don't have enough employees to deal with the demand, as well as getting screwed by their suppliers. While I understand that the issues are not necessarily thier fault it does not change my experience with them. I have requested a refund (if the package hasn't already been mailed) and I will take my business elsewhere for now.

I live in LOS ANGELES, which is where they ship from. I placed an order on December 28th, and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them twice (via their own website "contact us" form), and have not received any replies. Incidentally, they found the time to process my credit card right away.

The funniest thing is that their website claims "why order from China, when we are here in LA and you will get your items much faster." Last two times I ordered from China I received my items in 5 days time.

StrictlyEjuice.com IS A TOTAL JOKE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
