Wow, Strictlyejuice has blown me away. They somehow transformed from a dealer of somewhat sketch 510 clones at rock bottom prices to genuine Joye hardware at rock bottom prices.

Not only did they miraculously make this switch, they sent me the "metallic green" atomizers I ordered a month ago that were backordered from the manufacturer. At the time it was that or "metallic red", I thought they were just more L2's. I accepted matte black to get my order out complete, they were L2's. Initially I thought they were okay but they died really fast. Little over a week for my first one and the second one is not even making it a week now.

Mysteriously I received a tracking number a few days ago, and today received a package from StrictlyEJuice. Low and behold, the two metallic green atomizers I originally ordered, and surprise, they're not L2's! Hot damn, I forgot how good the real thing is. So much vapor! :D

I just checked their site and they're selling Joye starter kits in a variety of colors (all blue LED though) with 2 manual batteries, 2 atomizers, and charger for $34.95!

No individual atty's yet but probably soon. Same deal when they started selling kits in addition to juice, the individual atomizers showed up a week or two later.

Really impressed here, some people get bad batches but that's what it's like with Dekang. Their QC is supposedly getting better. The menthol is very strong, I've been vaping it for two weeks now cut 50/50 with the watermelon and the flavor's held up. When the RY4 first arrived it tasted awful, like perfume...I tried it a few days ago because it actually smelled pretty RY4-ish. I don't know what happened but it's really good now, and tastes the way it should. Maybe that perfume taste was primer on the new atty's.

Pretty damn good juice and now actual Joyetech hardware, it's cheap...they're the only Los Angeles based supplier I know of since PureSmoker moved to TN. If you're in LA county this means guaranteed 2 day service from USPS first class which is free from them. I had great experiences with their customer service as well, all my emails were answered in less than an hour which I thought was pretty amazing.

Why don't they have their own supplier forum yet?

I am on order number 3 with them now. I have been skeptical about them from reading stuff on here. I have a huge bag of samples now to try, as before I had about 10. I loved their watermelon menthol and about overdosed on it. I haven't bought their kits, but their foam and 510 carts rock! I have received great customer service. I was cranky about waiting once and emailed and complained got my order right out n some free juice. Umm see how order 3 goes. I think they were new got rushed and sounds like their making right. I will keep buying carts and filler from them. I am going over to only VG juice so unless they get some VG I won't be getting anymore juice. I think Jane is a sweetie and so far I am happy now :) Getting orders faster. My friend's I suggested there are happy campers. Another company I went with around Christmas had me totally screwed up and they finally fixed it this week. Can happen.

Greetings from the South Coast of the U.K. Due to many a kind souls input I have learned much that has put me well on the road to good vaping.

I discovered SEJ whilst surfing. Some USA vendors will not ship to England so when I saw SJE I thought that, even if they did ship, I would be looking at maybe $15. I mailed them to ask. Promptly I an e-mail back requesting my address with a note to say that it might be free. Being an older English gentleman I was a bit worried sending my address, however I took the risk.

Quickly I received an e-mail to say it was free shipping. Some 7,000 miles? Oh OK, let`s give it a go.

Some 8 working days later a box arrived. Inside was my 6 bottles of various tobacco flavours. Not one was bad. To my taste they ranged from pretty good to excellent. I was so pleased that I e-mailed the charming Jane to thank her. To my surprise an e-mail came back with a 5% discount voucher! First class.

I am now awaiting my order for 10 more bottles.

We have some good suppliers here but no one is getting close to this price with one or two companies charging around 3 times the price for the same quantity of juice.

Anyway, as the kids say here, high five to SEJ.

Whoa! This thread died for a second at the end of last year and now there are more new posts.

So is it true that SE is now selling genuine Joye hardware? Does that include the atomizers as well? All the atty's I've gotten from them with the kits have been the L2 atty. But I have not placed an order with them since last month.

I guess it doesn't matter because I just ordered a battery mod so I only need atomizers and juice. I will order more juice from them but it looks like they don't sell atty's separately.

Just to redress the balance abit. I ordered 10 bottles on the 15th of this month. From California to my home, the box arrived on the 27th of the same month. So ahain it`s about 12 days to get it delvered to the U.K. I am very happy with that. I am also very happy that the order was correct and well packed. Well done SEJ. A happy customer!

Yeah I mentioned that they did the same thing when they first started selling the L2 kits. They showed up and then a few weeks later the individual atomizers were on the site to order.

They're completely off the L2's, probably too many complaints and defective hardware to keep selling them.
 
Ya gotta love selective service. I wouldn't order from these guys again if they paid me as they seem to be doing with others on here. I am still looking for a decent seller to buy from but I doubt I will be taking these reviews too much into consideration when I do make a new order. Some people get some things free and start singing the praise, they forget that this vendor didn't return emails for days, lied about shipments then never shipped at all causing people to ask and wait days for refunds.

Just to say that I have had nothing from SJE for free. I do hear that you folks are having problems with e-mails. I dunno as I am from the UK but my guess is that at the prices they are offering, they are over run with business.

From a UK stand point, I cannot buy e-juice at a price that is anywhere near SJEs prices. My UK supplier for Dekang is well over twice the price that I am getting from the folks in California.

8 working days, or there about, for delivery and that is at no charge to me. Having been in business for many years, I have no complaints. Just very excited at getting a vape I like at a very good price. If I have any complaints it is only that I would like a higher option than 24mg. E-mailed them and was told that they are looking into it. Us UK ex smokers still like our strong vapes.

I'm sorry if the service was terrible. I'm not being paid or getting things for free from them. There was only one time that they didn't email me back and that was in the middle of the Christmas rush. I must also to point out that I had no orders pending with them at that time either.

I emailed them yesterday to ask about new products and I got a quick response. If your order is wrong then I'm sure they will make it right. They have messed up my order before...but they've always made it right.

No person or company is perfect. I'm sure they will fix whatever problems with an order to keep a customer and make them happy. Communication is the key.

The blue foam works best for me when I cut it in half and have two pieces. I put one back in the bag and find out which of the two flat sides looks the most complete as a rectangle and insert that side up in my 510 cart.

95%of the time it works wonderfully. Occasionally I have to reposition it a while to get a good seated foam plug(haven't figured out why yet-maybe thinness of juice).

I don't see myself ever going back to the poly stuff ever again!:thumb:

I've had good experiences with them. My mom ordered a bottle of strawberry from them that was HORRIBLE. But she emailed them just to let them know they had a bad batch and they sent her a new bottle for free. No questions asked. I thought the second bottle smelled a little funny but it was her bottle and she was happy so I guess that's all that matters in the end. I don't think I'll order from them again. That one bad bottle was REALLY bad and it kinda scared me away from them since. I can handle getting the odd bad one after several good orders, but being unlucky and getting the bad one first time out the gate, no thanks. There are too many other options out there right now.
