Hello all, I just purchased the Subtank Nano, and I want to give a shout out to how it performs!
I've been using the Atlantis for about a month, and my major issues were that when I'd pop in a new coil, it'd taste really singed and burny for about 10 puffs, no matter how much I'd soak that coil with juice. It'd really choke me and it'd get pretty bad. It'd go away in about 10-15 puffs, but after that, it wouldn't take but half a tank before the flavor of my juice would be shot. And that was just with an unregulated 18650 battery, no pushing of the wattage.
However, I did enjoy how much vapor the Atlantis produced. I realized that anything less just wouldn't do me.
So I purchased the Subtank Nano to try. With the Nano, I noticed right away that the very first hit was clean as a whistle, absolutely none of the burny, dry taste. It tasted so much smoother and natural than the Atlantis with those first hits. It was a little gurgly at first, but it went away. I noticed right away though, with the same unregulated set-up, that there's much less vapor. I can't say that it's all that much more than I could get by pushing an Evod a bit higher.
The Nano also didn't make my juice pop any more than the Atlantis did. The flavor is staying cleaner and more organic tasting in the Nano, but in terms of the flavor profile, a particular juice I'm using hasn't popped or started tasting like I really think it should.
Overall, I'm eager to test out more juices, but so far, I think I'd really suggest the Subtank line. I was really scared that the coils would tasted like singed cotton (there's some reviews out there), but to me, I don't even taste a hint of it. It simply tastes a lot more organic than the Atlantis coils do. As well, based on what I'm using right now, the 0.5 coil with an unregulated 18650, I'd say I'd be able to push the wattage a little higher than this if I had a regulated mod. There's simply no hint of a dry hit so far.
Have you guys had good experiences with this line of tanks too?
