Supplier Isn't Registered

i just noticed that a member is starting to suggest their website as a place to obtain supplies that are a hot commodity right now in the community (none of the few competitors have available stock)...i also noticed that they aren't a Registered Supplier....and i think he has a cohort helping him (a new member, acting as a satisfied customer and suggesting the site as well to other newbies)...is this something that moderators automatically pick up on, or should we contact someone when this type of thing occurs?

i tried looking in the Contacts link, but couldn't quite figure out where i should submit the info...if at all.

and btw, i don't necessarily want to get this guy in trouble...i mean, if he's legit, i want to order! yet, if he's not, i worry that newbies (and possibly others) may get swindled.

Also, Misty is the Suppliers Admin and will look at any issues like this. On the Contacts page she is listed as the Suppliers Admin and with an email of supplier@ecf (see page). Because this wasn't clear I added a line about reporting unregistered suppliers -thanks for that.
