As far as I know, Home Depot is the last place I would go for "metric" screws.

Wonder if a brass screw would make a difference?

The screw seems fairly easy to source but I was hoping someone knows the specs on the screw as I don't want to mess up the threads.

Ah man... ...... at myself! I'm down to one tank, and it sucks!

Ok, good to know, honestly the depot was my first thought. Please pass on the info in case I need to replace mine.

I got a kayfun Lite about 3 weeks ago and LOVE IT. I got my 3.1 ES today and love it even more. However, my top o-ring that goes under the cap is swelling with Pluid and this is only the first day! I went through a few with the KFL as well and ended up buying some from o-rings from Lowe's that were close to the same size and I rounded some up from drip tips as well. Does anyone have a more permanent solution to this? Maybe silicon o-rings? If so, what size do I need for under the top cap where the chimney rests when it is assembled. Any help would be appreciated!!!

I need my Pluid and I definitely need my Kayfun!

this may have been discussed but is there any way to transform my existing 3.1 into a lite?
I just got some kind of wallet disigned for a small mod and atty and the 3.1 is just bit too long even on a 18350 mod. On the other hand, a regular gen would leak so kafun is my only portable option. So do I need to buy a new whole lite or are there spare parts like just the klite base I could plug into the 3.1?

No parts available for doing that unfortunately.

I don't want to start a 3.1 vs Lite debate. But the Kayfun Lite is no downgrade IMO.

No downgrade, for sure. BUT, I think the light is just a litttttttle tighter than the 3.1. I have both and I will buy a 3.1 when it's time. May even sell the light to buy a 3.1 It's the same vape, for sure. Not a deal breaker, but the tighter draw (for me) would make me get a 3.1 if I had to choose.

Downsizing the unit will certainly be an upgrade for me :)
I meant svoe suppressed a central unit and with it sacrificed some funtionality in order to make the lite more accessible. So it doesn't make much sense for them to offer that kind of conversion kit.
Personnaly, I would definitly have called it an upgrade had they managed to keep the airflow control in the lite like the hmm hmm... The airflow control adds a lot of versatility. Some setups just require more air, some less, regardless of how you like your draw.
anyways, sorry for the wording... didn't mean to imply anything pejorative...

I got my 3.1ES yesterday and set it up with a tripled strand of 2mm Ekowool and a 5 wrap of 28ga Kanthol at 1.0ohm. The flavor and vapor production is great, but I'm finding it to be a much warmer vape than my gennies that have set up at 0.7ohms. Also I get some tiny little droplets of hot juice on my tongue at the beginning of each draw... No gurgling though.

Any advice?

Little late on this suggestion, but about the hot juice problem. I had the same thing going on, so I cut a circular piece of 400x400 mesh and just dropped it in to the top before screwing on the mouthpiece. Solves the issue for me.

Hey Guys,

I'm not sure how it's called...
I just lost my center post screw and insulator on my Kayfun III. I attached a picture of my Lite for reference. It's the screw in the center that makes contact with the mod.

Is there a way to get a replacement? Looks like the insulator is available for purchase, but I can't find the screw anywhere. :( :( :( :( :(

Or maybe the size of the screw, in hopes that a hardware store has them... maybe a brass screw???

So sad... stupid me.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Found this on the Svoe site, looks like u'll have to buy the collector tank also. But thought I'd at least pass on my findings.

edit: after looking closer at the pic it seems there r threads beneath. That would seem its maybe the hybrid connection "collector tank" for the semovar. I just saw the screw and was going to order one but am unsure now. Sorry.

Hey Thanks FloridaBMW. Much appreciated!

I just haven't had time to play around with the Kayfun but I'm sure the screw is easy to find at the right hardware store.

There's a hardware store where I live called King Bolt in Asuza, CA. If they don't have it, then I will have to reach out to Svoemesto directly.

Have you looked for a Fastenal? There should be one pretty close.

Anyone tried to plug the inner fill hole opening on the 3.1? Only ask cause it seems more frequently I'm having to wash and unstick the fill valve whether I use it to fill the tank or not. If it's possible I'll just plug the hole and fill from the top.

In the Kayfun Lite, that's not just some ordinary screw you'll find locally Im afraid. It also holds the positive coil terminal block & insulator inside the chamber. That screw is hollow & has a hole cross drilled into it for the air intake hole on the side of the Lite base.

Thanks Zak, looked around on their website but haven't found anything that could work. Thanks for the referral though! I will probably visit them when I get a chance.

Hey pokerplayer,

I'm glad it's not the Kayfun Lite. It's actually my 3.1 center screw that's missing which seems a little easier to source.

Thanks for the pictures though! :)

Hi guys, i have a kayfun lite now for a month... I freakin love it. Love the flavor off it. And now i can wrap the coil and get it going effortlessly..

But.... I have yet to try using the all steel tank set up. I like the window, but i have a flavor im iffy about using with that window.. My gripe is how am i supposed to know how much to fill it up with.? How many mls does it hold?

Okay after i find out the mls it holds how do i know when i am running low on joose and need a fill up?
