russian made ekowool is the one to get.. i ordered some on ebay.. make sure its hollow.. ive seen some "ekowool' being sold but has cotton filler inside

That would be the "Twik" ekowool my daughters make and sell, that you saw on Ebay. It is original Russian Ekowool tubing, with a natural, undyed organic cotton thread core. The cotton is to improve the wicking of the ekowool, the ekowool is to protect the cotton from burning. It works really well, and those that have tried it so far love it.

The idea came to me because I was using organic cotton wicks for safety from regular silica wick (not ekowool) but I didn't like having to build new wicks and coils weekly. Cotton by itself is a great wick, but doesn't last long due to the coils burning it. Personally, I think it is a vast improvement over the hollow ekowool by itself. I hope to hear more opinions from people who have tried it, though.

Couldn't be happier. The feel of wood is more comfortable than steel.

Does anyone know of a good us source for the 15ml luer lock bottles cloud9 sells? I'd like to buy about 10 on the cheap, and I already have 50 of the blunt tips to go with them (no bottles or caps though). Thanks.

McMaster Carr, mcmaster.com. I bought the 22g syringe tips and they're a little too small and hard to handle. My next purchase is going to be the conical type in 20g. When you get to their site, look up leur lock.

Completely new direction, I was a very prominent user of genny type atomizers before getting my kayfun. Subsequently, I developed the "genny tilt" while taking a hit and have found the this does not necessarily work well with the kauyfun. Anyone else find this?

Yes. Like you said it doesn't require the genny tilt since it operated on vacuum. But the vacuum is sucking e-liquid through the small cut out side channels. I find that(especially when the tank is nearing empty) that if the device is tilted there isn't any/enough liquid near the channel itself to be sucked into evap chamber. It still works most of the time because the suction pressure is still present and as soon as it tilts back and the e-liquid is present it gets sucked in. Lol, that probably will make no sense to anyone unfamiliar with these!
