I live in Houston as well and my favorite shop is Silver Smoke off Almeda in the Medical Center. They're the only shop I have found that sells Space Jam as well as a ton of other juices at all kinds of prices. The guy who works there is really nice and I've bought a couple juices and batteries from him. I haven't bothered going to the other ones yet because this one is so close to where I live.

BTW, I'm new here, but why the hate on Suicide Bunny? I'm thinking of getting the OB next.

There is no hate but it is overhyped IMO. It is a regular juice. Ofcourse as long as it keeps you away from analogs, it isthe best one for you!

I have several pre-made twisted coils, never have used them. They are all 1.3-1.4 ohms, so right in the wheelhouse of what I normally make. Can anyone advise if these are if any benefit in an RtA? I was thinking about installing one, but I dont know the pos or negatives behind them. If anything, I think it may be a little more difficult to slide the wick through.

I searched this thread to see if I had posted this pic before and couldn't find it, I think I may have posted it in the KFL thread, anyway....

It's got quite a bit of use so far, still has the first build in it. No grim found in this one, I checked it after reading about some other that did.

A 28 gauge, 10 wrap, 2.0mm ID microcoil on your P3 is the sweet spot. 1.5 ohms set at 2B boost level. :)

An alternative (not a competitor) to that, would be:
28 gauge, 5 wraps, 2.8mm ID coil.
1.4-1.5ohm, 10 watts, 0 Boost.
Also on a P3.
The larger coil keeps up with the larger amount of airflow, and it's larger inner diameter allows for better wicking as well!
It works perfect for me.
Bronze, aside from QORAX, we are the two best builders in here...hahahaha!

I have used 'twisted' coils from time to time but never found them doing anything extraordinary on the vape quality.

Posting another build, I can't help it...the infatuation helps with not smoking too as it keeps me busy. You all may see mistakes made for my builds.

First twisted coil as I have them on hand and want to use, 28 gauge, Japanese cotton wick. Hard to get the coils slammed together for me when dry burning and squeezing, I don't like them as much for this. I also used a hair dryer to flare out the cotton ends and trim to deck length. I placed the coil a lot closer to the air hole, approx 1.5 mm. Vapes the same, maybe warmer. I set the P3 boost to level 3, no primer puffs needed for the coil to get hot enough.

It is, but I don't feel knowledgable enough with all of you vets around here. Apology in advance for the noob build clogging it up lol.

I don't think his comment was meant for you.. but rather to the post above yours. :)
