Just make sure the flat on the screw driver is really thin and be careful when you put it in between the pin and the o-ring. The o-ring is rather soft so it easy to damage it.
I just got mine today and just wicked it, I noticed two problems. One the 5-10 pin is way short and barley made it connect to my rolo dna 200 by unscrewing the 510 on the k5 a lil. Scared me when it didn't make a connection the first time. Second, my chimney has 2 logos on it. Does anyone else's have that? Don't get me wrong I love this tank so far, it is a great restricted lung hit for me. I am really impressed.

Try it on another mod...Nine also has one logo,
Guys, I'm desperate here, I am having TC dramas here, build a coil, terminate it securely, just like I have successfully on all my other atties but I am having resistance creep, everything appears tight and secure but It's working flawlessly at .15 then a couple of hours later it's reading .20 and is horrible, I pulled it all apart today hoping to find something loose to no avail,
The 510 looks like it protrudes enough but I dunno...
I'm an exclusive TC vaper amber this is killing me, any ideas? Thanks guys.
Well that sucks. First no P3 connection (yet?), and now this. Why did I order one again? Sorry I'm grumpy today lol.I got mine today... I like it a lot! My only issue is that the 510 pin isn't adjustable, and it won't make a connection with my Radius. Not a big deal... it's doing great on my SX Mini ML.

I think you should wait for their 'solution' for tight MTL. I got mine today and I can confirm that at AFC in the lowest settings, the airflow is equal to KFL+ without AFC screw. But it is 'harsher' vape than KFL because the the air hole below the coil is so wide.Hey guys, is the K5 for someone like myself who likes the draw on the tight side? On the mini, or KFL for example, I have to tighten the air flow screw more than half way in for a mouth to lung hit. Watched a video on Fasttech that indicated even the tightest setting may not be tight enough for some.

Oddly my Radius is the only mod that I get a consistent reading on with my 5 but it doesn't sit flush. Out of all my others it either won't register at all or the resistance is all over the place.
Thanks, I took your advice, I tighten it so bloody hard that I actually snapped my screwdriver hahahaha, I felt I had nothing to lose, so I torqued the shiz outta the 510 pin and voila... It immediately went back to the original .19 and has stayed there for 9hrs of use.Only thing that has worked for me is to make the Kayfun's 510 screw/pin SUPER TIGHT! It's been over 24 hours, including an overnight were the VS DNA200 was asleep, still holding ohms and has not drifted even 0.01 ohm. Still don't get accurate readings on my CoilMaster 521 Tab, I believe on that ohm reader/coil building station, the female 510 is a bit too low for the SHORT 510 pin on the Kayfun v5.

Thanks again for your post, it was just what I needed.
I think that was pretty much limited to the v4 where there is a spring in the atty's circuit.... understanding its history, that the design is not tailored for TC use. ...
