Ok, the race is on. Ordered mine from intaste yesterday (Friday). Got an order confirmation at 9:48 am EST. No shipping email, so hopefully it gets shipped Monday. Let's see who gets it first!

what's a little curious is that it doesn't say what it comes with.
I think it was intaste, but i'm not sure, seems to say that it come with a glass and steel tank for €119, versus $119 from origin.

It's 119 w/ VAT. W/o VAT, the cost is Euro 100 from instaste. Price works out about the same at current exchange rates (bought my 2 K5s from intaste last week).
SS and glass tank w/ spares are included.
Ordered one from originvape as well. My first authentic kayfun. Have couple v4 clones and have been loving them. My first rta was a Russian clone so svoemesto preety much got me off the stickies over year and a half ago. Time to show my appreciation, even though $120 is a bit too much for my pocket. Hope the v5 is as good as it portrait to be and originvape ships it on Monday

This is my first authentic kayfun as well. I know that within a couple of weeks the clones will be out for 1/4 of what I just paid for this but this was the RTA that set the standards and I want to experience it the way it was intended. I suspect this will be the last of its kind.

Must of been a really small order coming form SvoeMesto given they sold out so quick.. Kind of makes me nervous, hope SvoeMesto didn't rush this out too quick in order to beat the TPD regs. You may be better off waiting on the latter batches.
Not really surprising they probably have a relatively limited manufacturing capacity as they don't make them in china anyway I get mine in 2 days time thanks to Intaste only offering express shipping! cant wait!
It makes perfect sense that they would want to get a at least a small shipment into the US before August 8th. If the Cole/Bishop amendment is not stripped from the Agricultural Appropriations bill in congress, there's a good chance that any product marketed and sold in the US before that date will have grandfather status. It's a good business move for them, and good for Kayfun users here who might otherwise not be able to get the new K5.
Here's hoping that they manage to get a P3 version to Provape (or any other vendor) within the next couple of months.
A P3 Version is not an immediate need item...
A simple bolt on adapter produced later would more than likely be clear of the World's Stupid Regs.
I hope you're right, but I fear you're not. The way the FDA regs are worded, a simple bolt on adapter (or a replacement base) would constitute a new PTMA to be sold openly in the US, which would cost way too much for a small to medium company to consider. That's not to say that we couldn't find a method to get one, but it wouldn't be cost effective to openly market in the US if the regs aren't altered.
