Hi there,
AM not sure if my thread in the right place or not but forgive me if its not.
I was using my Mod that is powered by SX350J V1 firmware 2.32 yesterday, and all of a sudden it freezes and it was not doing anything till I have to pull out the 2 batteries from the device and placed them again.
Well the device started again but here is the current situation
Now its on Joule mood and there is no way to take it on power mood, BTW I was using it on Power mood all the time.
The resistance was showing 0.05 the I have to reset it every time I attach a tank or an RDA to get the correct resistant.
The temperature can go down and no way to adjust it up so its currently showing -99 on the screen .
I have cleaned up all the contacts of the batteries and the 510, I did a downgrade to firmware 2.2 and then again an upgrade to the latest version with no hope on both of them, still on joule mood and no way to change it to power mood.

Does anyone here has the same problem? is there any fix for this issue
I appreciate your help in advance
Regards

Never encountered this issue.

I do notice that if the "sensor" is on that there will be times where you cannot adjust anything on the mod due to its orientation. Other than that I have no other suggestions.

Perhaps contact Yihi with your issues?
Thanks for the response, the sensor is off thou, its indeed odd as its only working on J mood with no way to switch it back to power mood, much funny that the temperature showing -99 F yet the thing is firing and am running it currently on 65J. Well I thought there will be away of resetting the board, but with extensive search I could not find any. Am also working with them now last update they asked me to send the ID number and I just did waiting for their feedback. I appreciate your response

The solution is....

Get a new one
Well I also considered getting the newer one V2 but let me see what will YIHI support say about this problem, it happened all of a sudden and here what I been using it at that time
Original Velocity V1 dual fused Clapton came to 0.15 Ohm and I was vaping it at 80W standard mood
it was fine for a week then while am taking another vape it freezes and refused to work and I had to pull out the batteries and re inserting them, and that is it..
Thanks for the response

Latest email from YIHI people,
Sorry to note you that we do not deal with the mod's issue directly.
Any problems please can contact the vendor you bought it from.
Also kindly note you that the chipset is also over the warranty yet. Please kindly understand.

My problem now is the mod maker refusing to help me saying he stopped the business and he closed. Its really frustrating knowing that your chipset still under the warranty and you cant get help :grr:

Seems to be a chip issue rather than mod issue.

Have you tried reverting back to an earlier firmware - not sure if you can do this but worth a shot
yes I tried that and no hope I even went 2 versions earlier and then upgraded again in all versions still same, yes its not mod problem but as they said they do deal with the mod makers not individual
