What? Oh God no! Sure maybe for those non-dna ones. As those boards doesn't have a protective coating while DNA ones does. The DNA doesn't coat the switches or the external wire connections for obvious reasons. So there is very little worry even if juice does someday just gets in there.

Now some people are super freaked out and go through the process of sealing virtually everything. Sure, if you want to bother, go knock yourself out. But I have four of them and I never did a thing to them. Three of them never had a single leak ever. Condensation was a problem in the beginning and I bought all of those plugs and stuff. But you don't need them and frankly, they kind of make the back of the tank wetter. What worked fabulous was those JMK tips. Now everything is now virtually bone dry stock. But you don't need them really either.

Now the one that constantly leaked, something was wrong with the tank. It was tight as a drum and then in the middle of the night, it would unload 5ml of juice all over the place. BB was soaked in juice. Wiped everything down (I didn't take it apart or anything) and worked like a champ. Happened about 10 more times before I kicked that tank to the curb. No problems since. That BB never quit working even after all of those leaks.

To add to what BillW50 said, the 70W SXK BB with the non-DNA board that sells for around $65 seems to play up if they get any juice or moisture on the board due to it's board not being lacquered/coated, the moisture can short out pins on the chips...

The more expensive DNA60 version that sells for around $105 seems to tolerate a bit of moisture on the board without them failing due to the board being coated...

A lot of people seal the positive pin below the boro/tank with silicon sealant so juice and condensation cant flow down around it into where the board lives... The positive pin on mine was a bit loose and it would pop up at times so I sealed it to keep it in place and avoid any future issues... There's a thread about sealing the pin here:
Tutorial - Sealing Connection Pin SXK BB USB Version

Early days I had some condensation and leaking issues with a couple of bridges so I got in the habit of always laying my BB down with the fire button side down so if there was a leak the juice will stay in the area around the boro, if it's laying button side up or standing up the juice will ooze out down across the up/down buttons and screen... Leaking tends not to be too much of an issue once you get your wicking right and such... I suspect most people that call the BB the "leaky box" or the likes just haven't spent enough time perfecting their wicking or fine tuning how they do things...

Leaking and condensation tends to be worse with some bridges more than others, condensation will be worse with tight MTL more than loose DL... I think it was the crossbow was quite bad for me, I suspect because it has such a tiny air inlet hole down in bottom of the positive connection, it's a single point of restriction, the pressure differential when you're sucking through it causes the condensation.. I have no issues with the xeta but it has the main airflow restriction up under the coil and the restrictor in the chimney, it's restricted all the way through which I suspect helps reduce condensation, and wicking is fairly straight forward and foolproof....

(I'm certainly no expert, this is just my 2 cents worth)

Here's a picture of my flathead screws on the vapesnail rda. They allow me to use a thicker 24 gauge wire lowering my ohms to .20, my sweet spot!

My Xeta arrived yesterday and I got it installed tonight. Took a long time. I'm sure it will get easier with practice. Nice vape so far. Better than the STM style deck. I used a 3mm coil because I had a bunch of them already made. Bit of a tight fit. I'll try 2.5 at some point though that would mean less wick to fill the hole. Put in the middle size chimney insert and the larger of the two hole air flow restrictors. It's going to be long time before I can try out all the different options and different wicking techniques.

I've been thinking it would be easier if I had lots of tanks and lots of Xetas. I'm going to try not to go nuts with this stuff. My second BB should get here next week, 4 Boro tanks are sitting in Shanghai airport probably for a while.

I forgot to ask the other day,do you remember what size the screws are?I haven't had an issue yet,but going by past experience with the cheap screws most cloners use,i figure at some point i'll probably have to replace them anyway.

I think most of the delays we experiencing is from USPS. My GasCity Vapesnail left SanFran May-17th and no sign of it yet
I would contact USPS.My Gas City order got to the Distribution center in SF 5/20 and sat there for 7 days, but it was delivered to me today,so for yours to be 3 days earlier than mine,i would definitely go on the website and use the wheres my package thing USPS has to try and get it moving.

Don't even get me started on USPS. I have 9 orders that have piled up over the last going on 3 weeks, that are either in the Detroit hub 20 miles away, or my local PO, 2-3 miles away.

As soon as they hit Detroit, they sit and pile up.

Are you saying that your order went down the Frisco, and then back to Ohio?

Yeah, they go from wherever Gas City is located,to Vancouver,to SF,then Ohio. From what i read somewhere a while back,it's because of the decreased flights,so they take them by ship from Vancouver to SF.

Anyone in here ever retrofitted a dna 60 board into an sxk 70 BB?

I haven't done it yet,i do have a Dna 60 sitting here ready for when the 70 dies, whenever that might be haha.Over on POV there was someone that did the swap a while back though, they said it was a direct swap, everything fit as it should.

All three of my orders came in through North Dakota, then northern Illinois, finally South. They’re the only ones I’ve ever had not come in through one of the dreaded regular ISC black holes

Did you use the standard postal shipping or UPS?Both of mine have been regular mail and ended up in SF both times,i wish they would go somewhere else, this last one cleared customs the same day it got there, then sat for 7 days in the distribution center.

They came UPS. The postal service is my area sux to a degree that defies an appropriate adjective. So much so, cheapo that I usually am, I will pony up for any other carrier if the cost isn’t astronomical

Where did you get the dna 60 board? I looked around and no luck finding one.The screen on my sxk 70 started dying out slowly. I did notice that it was extremely bright for a while and found no ejuice on board or wires.
