WoW I forgot about this thread... been away for a while and didn't get any notifications. Been spending some time catching up. I've been contemplating a Zeta for a while now, and just got all the info I need...right here. Man I love this forum.
Good to know that both manufacturers are doing a good job.
Problem is, now that i've eventually decided to get it...my vape budget for this month is full

I ordered the SXK BB, and a Xeta. As I un-patiently await its arrival, I'm going to pick up some coils to use incase the Xeta isn't the right fit for me. I'll only have the nautilus and kanger adapters for the time being.

Has anyone tried the 0.4 Nautilus coils? I'm deciding between those or the 0.7. I already have some 1.8's and 1.6's I believe.

And I'm not sure if any kanger coils will be good for how I vape but if you have a recommendation for which of those are nice that would be another option, I'm open to something a bit beefier than the nautilus, although these are slim pickins here in Au it seems.

Thanks a million!

There's a bit of talk here about the 0.7 mesh coils:
The Mesh coil for Nautilus 2S tank is coming

I've only ever used the 1.8's, I used them for years in the Plato and Vika at times... I wasn't a fan of them in the BB, I only trialed 2 and they seemed to run dry a bit.. I usually get a good 2 months or more out of them in the Plato but I was lucky to get a couple of weeks in the BB due to them running dry, not sure why..

Unless they've changed it, your BB should include the Kanger RBA which you could use in the interim. I didn't think it was bad at all personally but I'm not nearly as picky about my vape as some, lol.

Ya know, it just occurred to me that I haven't even tried the Kanger RBA yet. I have so much BB crap to play with, I just never got to it. I should do that. I have plenty of boros.

stopped receiving notifications for this thread for some reason (only subscribed to 2 others and they're still ok).
actually got a decent result from a build in the vapeshell clone. a 0.7 fused clapton. left out the air restrictors on purpose but it's a wee bit on the airy side (unsurprisingly). 80VG liquid and wicking is keeping up.

That's what i'm going through haha.Right after getting another BB,i ordered another Vapeshell,an insider, the Boxxer clone,a couple A-tanks,and some prebuilt coil heads. The BB i got came with the Kanger rba and an Exocet.I tried the Kanger rba first(pretty good one),then tried the Exocet for a few days, then when everything showed up,i wanted to try out the prebuilt coil heads to see if they were good enough to stock up on.I still have never even put a build in the Insider,Vapeshell,or Boxxer yet haha. The pre built coils have been doing good enough, especially the Atlantis claptons, that i haven't even thought of trying out those other ones.I will someday, but not today haha.

I threw the SXK ceramic coil bridge into the bantam yesterday, I quite like the coils, good vape, they taste slightly funky but no doubt they'll settle after a couple of days... The taste is a bit like the old kanga aerotank coils so it's probably just the taste of the ceramic?... I probably only notice the taste because my juice is fairly flavourless...

The airflow inserts are fairly useless, they're a loose fit around the lower pin of the coil so the airflow changes as they move around.. I can poke it around with tweezers to get the airflow right but over time it moves and the airflow gets loose or totally blocked off, they need to be a tighter fit..

I heated one of the airflow rings and squished it a bit so it would be a tight fit, I squished it a bit far so when I was trying to force it over the coil pin it shattered, they're quite a fragile plastic... The second one I didn't squish so much, it's staying in place for now...

I got my YFTK Xeta today, impressive quality, significantly better than the last couple of SXK bridges I've purchased (crossbow & insider V2)...

Threw a 3mm ID 1.8ohm nichrome coil in it with the smallest airflow insert and chimney:

CRAZY tight draw, unusable, lol, like trying to suck a golf ball through a straw ... tried with the medium chimney, still too tight, pulled it apart and installed the 2 hole airflow insert and the smallest chimney, that's not bad, nice and tight but good for me...

No complaints so far....

I also got a clear boro, sliding the glass down the rubber stuck to the glass and pulled it out of the groove at the top, no matter what I do I cant get the rubber to stay in place now, it just bunches up... Odd considering the glass is probably the best one i have, much better finished than the other 6 I have, it all looks machine made and finished compared to the others that appear hand finished...

Edit, just noticed there's a crack in the plastic also:

Has anyone else had issues with the clear tanks?

I have lightly sanded the top edge on both sides with sandpaper on a flat surface on a couple pieces of glass.

lol, I suggested that to someone a few months back that had this issue, and I've already tried it, I smoothed off the leading edge on a diamond steel, it made no difference, I've also tried 4 other glasses that work fine on other tanks, all the same..

I've also measured the glass, it's a bee's dick wider than others, like 0.01mm or less... A couple of my other tanks and glasses are stiffer to move so this one confuses me a bit, I'm not too sure what's causing the issue... I also tried the spare rubber that came with the Bantam, it's the same

The crack at the edge of the track on the tank suggests the tank isn't machined quite right...

Maybe you should return it to FT with those photos (very clear evidence for refund/replacement). Also hopefully when you hit your airflow sweet spot you can post details. Good dluck

I've already submitted a ticket with FT, and requested to cancel the order I made for 2 more clear tanks when they had the 15% off sale :) (I figure if they've had a bad batch of clear ones come in the chances are the other 2 could have a similar issue)

(if they want it posted back that's no issue, Paypal will refund the return postage costs)
