It's pretty common for most plastics to be less in weight than most metals. That should be expected.
But how could I carry it without it feeling like I had two mods in my pocket?

Keep going your almost to catch me. I'm a little over 80k joules right now on my single but I have the option to top off the battery utilizing the built in USB charger while I vape on my other SXmini m. Works out well since I get vapors tongue and switch flavors / devices regularly anyway. And no need in going off into the primary purpose of the USB I'm fully aware of the warranty of the USB as well as the the risks I'm comfortable in taking with that.

But you cant use the USB charger since it doesn't have a built in balance charger for your series configured batteries, same as with the battery tube extension on the SXmini m.
The Boxer has a magnetic door so it's much easier to pull the batteries for charging. From the reviews, the screw cap on the SX is a POS. I'll probably charge from the USB port.

Guys, this Valentino (who makes the leather cases) speak english, or just don't want to answer? :) I ask him about the shipping price for the eu. :)
I sent him a message yesterday but so far nothing. If he doesn't want my business then screw him. I'll find someone else to make me a leather skin.

The quality of the cap/batt tube threading on mine is excellent, a fine thread pitch on a larger diameter requires a bit of patience when installing...no POS here. I never use the charge port, it would take it out of my hands for quite some time if the batt is way low, changing the batt is no big deal...all personal preference

No issues with my battery cap either. Like stated, just takes some practice and some patience. I never use a tool either, always just use my fingers. Took me a few days to get comfortable with it, but after that it was nothing. I am still loving this device, and mine still looks like it did the day I got it. Will be following the DNA200 stuff though, and I just ordered one of the Castigador Clones from eBay. I love that little thing. Hard to get a dual box much smaller than that, and for $33 bucks it was a no-brainer to me.

I posted this yesterday, but it disappeared. If you have the silicone sleeve and are noticing that it likes to creep up the SX Mini here and there, use double sided tape like the kind the ladies use to prevent wardrobe malfunctions. After you put the sleeve on the SX Mini, roll the bottom up over itself like your turning it inside out, and then place one strip of tape on either side of the mod. When you roll the latex back down, you will have that little extra bit of friction you need to hold it nicely in place.

It did not disappear from here, you posted it in another thread ;)

I have two SXmini m class and both battery caps screw in fine just using my thumb or index finger. I do clean the threads regularly and have had no problems with either. I will say I don't like the design very well, it's sometimes hard to get my fat fingers on the cap when it's halfway inserted up inside the enclosure when I'm trying to align the threads. I always screw counter clockwise a bit until I feel & hear the cap click pasts the start points of the threads then start screwing clockwise to tighten.

@KTMRider Ignore the complaints.

If you clean the threads on arrival and screw the cap in properly a few times you will have no issues.

I can now place battery cap with my index finger, then index and thumb then remove with index and thumb. If I'm lazy I can use a US nickel.

I'm not too worried about it but it's good to know some of the known issues or problem areas to keep an eye out for.

Yep. I cleaned and lubed (NO-OX-ID "A SPECIAL") my cap threads the first day. It is much easier to use today without a coin or tool. I use my thumb to begin unscrewing or to finish screwing it in. Not complaining, but I still don't care for the threads all that much.
