the joke is companies like evolve would fair better in the "dry herb" market anyways. it could become contraband like drugs but people that want it have no problem obtaining it. then the question would be do you want to do something that is against the law and could land you in a court room. even if nicotine became schedule one, which is doubtful a pharmacist will still have it on the shelf. not many pharmacists will engage in that but other routes will sprout up everywhere. anyways, our government is actually logical. they are just not going to classify nicotine as a narcotic. then they would have to ban analogs. for obvious reasons they would not do that. however if they did go so far as to ban analogs that is a win in my book. guys, this is not a serious addiction. we could all stop really. amphetamine for instance is a much more serious addiction. that, is really nasty stuff and dealt with by law enforcement accordingly. as a (retired) attorney and former prosecutor I am betting they might put regulations but it will never be classified as narcotics. certainly not banned narcotics. it is in fact not even a narcotic. don't even worry if that happened attorneys will have a huge class action on this. they go where there is money to be made. it is possible a rx will be required. then, pretty much any former smoker would have no problem obtaining one. this is way below marijuana on the list and simply is not a narcotic. nonetheless, it could get regulated in some manner. I, for one am not very worried about the outcome of these hearings. in fact it remains likely nothing at all changes. if they regulate the quality of e juice that is to our benefit in fact. that is all that really might happen. more difficult for vendors but on our end not much shall change. keep calm and vape.
sorry this comment comes a little late in the conversation. I thought as someone versed in litigation I might as well chime in.
I also want to mention now my dna200 died and the sxm still works. the sxm has outlived every single mod I have owned. even mechs. it looks horrid but simply does not quit. with the latest firmware they even brought it up to current standards.
