After settling in with the 2.32 update, I've noticed that the "power modes" are acting peculiar. My findings are as follows.

Settings with Subtank MIni, Ni200 coil, .126 ohms, 35j, 450 F.
Standard: 3.44-3.50 volts
Powerful: 3.44-3.50 volts
Powerful+: 3.44-3.50 volts
Soft: 3.44-3.50 volts
And the weirdest one of all...
Eco: 3.74-3.80 volts, and sets the Joules to 40.

My apologies if this has been addressed in an earlier posting, but this is such a long thread.

One thing I can tell you is you have different presets in eco mode then in the other modes you have to set up your presets in eco mode. As far as the rest I'm not sure. You have to reset all of your presets after you upgrade the FW and at that setting you are at 97w and 27amps. Are you using the NI200mode. I am surprised you haven't fried your coil. It isn't possible to get that much wattage out of the M unless you have the tube. For me I am normally at 400F around 15-20J in NI200mode. After the upgrade you have to reset all your presets for eco and for standard modes in both Joules and Power mode. Have I got you completely confused yet.

Hmm, have had the battery out and rebooted a number of times. It doesn't seem to be that warm (or hot) of a vape, and definitely no burnt coil thus far. What brought my attention to it is that when switching through the modes , it seemed to make little if at all difference in perceived vape temp. Except for Eco, of course.

And yes, set in Ni200 mode.

I am not very good at giving directions. Wish someone else was here. I know after the upgrade reset your presets retake you resistance and when you do set compensate temp to about 21 or 22. Try around 400F 15J Eco mode, NI200mode. Again if I was there I could get it right in a hurry but for me to try to tell someone I'm not so good. I have 5 of these.

Yes, I've had mine for 6+ mos and am pretty familiar with it's behavior and operation with the original firmware. Now that I've got the separate eco mode presets thing down (thank you for that tidbit) it would appear that the power modes have absolutely no effect on voltage at all now. Lol

Right behind you...
www.VaporNW.com is having a 40% off Black Friday sale on the SX Mini M and ML. I just bought a SX Mini ML for $127.36. They are a authorized vendor and will cover YIHI's warranty.

No, they're having a 20% off sale site-wide, but there's what appears to be an error allowing an additional 20% off via a coupon code. Don't expect those prices to hold up when they're reviewed by humans tomorrow.
