Where did you hear that? I never heard of a manufacture making a stipulation like that.

Because the ONLY way you get warranty service out of Yihi is to go through the retailer you bought it from. It HAS to go back to that retailer first, then Yihi authorizes the replacement, which also comes from that retailer. So, if the retailer isn't legit, they don't get any compensation from Yihi. Doesn't mean they won't take care of you, but it makes it much less likely when the retailer has to eat all the expense.

I suspect this place is has stock from a failed business that they bought for pennies on the dollar, or from a damaged/lost shipment bought cheap from an insurance or freight company, because at $99, it's well below even massive bulk wholesale on a SX Mini M class, and it's well below Yihi's mandatory MSRP as well, which also voids warranty by automatically "de-authorizing" an otherwise authorized vendor.

It's a good deal at that price, but if there's any problems, you're on your own.

Ok, so nothing spectacular there, basic functionality is the same between the M and the ML. Anything you can do in regards to actually vaping with the ML's SXi-Q software is already in the latest M class firmware. Having five presets that store different mode and TCR information as well as watts/joules is kinda handy if you switch between wire types a lot, it looks like there's some rudimentary monitoring functionality added, and the logo changer is now "official".

Long story short, the 350J is still a great board and not made obsolete by the V2.

If you already have an M Class or SX-350J device, save your money for what replaces the ML in April, that one is likely to be more feature competitive with the DNA200.

They're local to me which has made me think about getting one all night. Don't really need anymore devices but man what a price even without a warranty I'd have parts. :)

Did you read in there info to order they are in Arkansas and they can't sell to anyone in Arkansas. What kind of a bill did they pass

Whattttt? They're not in Arkansas. Link what your talking about.

They may just not want to sell to hillbilly's.

Edit: NVM I found what you were talking about. I'm not going to read the Act 1235 that was passed but here's a link if you'd like.

http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/assembly/2015/2015R/Acts/Act1235.pdf

Because of the passing of ACT 1235 in the State of Arkansas recently, we are no longer legally allowed to ship orders to customers residing in the State of Arkansas. We are very sorry for this inconvenience but it is completely out of our control.

Vapor Kings replied and said they are a authorized vendor and would honor YIHI's warranty. They have 4 stores and they are selling out their stock of the SX Mini M at cost to make room for the SX Mini ML.

Yeah it's a fantastic deal. Another authorized vendor called Breazey is selling the SX Mini M for $119.99 with free shipping.
YIHI SX Mini M Class Mod I Breazy.com

I just noticed you get 15% off your first order if you subscribe to Breazy's newsletter. That takes $17.99 off the $119.99 price making it $102.00. That's almost as good at Vapor Kings.

I was trying to resist, I really was. Then I saw the Vegas location and was doomed. Bright side, new mod!

whew, thanks for the info hyperspace, vlad and croak were starting to get me a little worried. not worried enough to do something crazy like try to cancel my order for the (now sold out) pink (magenta) m class, but worried nonetheless.

although, now that i know they're covered, i might have to order another one...

Welp, 2.32 firmware update was a success. Also ordered some Aspire Triton SS coils in .4 ohm for 9.95 free ship. Wanted the .3's but they were out. Will be gutting one to check for non resistance legs. Got my fingers crossed
Lot 5 /20pcs Aspire Triton replacement Coils(0.3 - 1.8ohm) for SubOhm Tank

Having a little bit of buyers remorse over that 99.00 deal. Although, they don't offer the stealth black option. I'm a sucker for murdered out...
