I wouldn't buy from a seller like that trying to unload so many of them with so little feedback either. But eBay states that he sold 33 of them so far so there are always buyers out there willing to take a chance for a great price.

Ordered two of them for me and my friend, after that I read this topic. I had doubts before, but now after reading all negative stuff Im afraidMay be its not that bad, there is Ebays money back guarantee, is it really reliable?)
Let's point out the obvious....
he actually has 2 (i should say at least 2) screen names: schloonsvape, and schloonsvape2. The 2nd he had auction#
231562321410 already SHUT DOWN with only 5 units sold. Also, yesterday this listing stated he had 50-pcs on preorder..... today he changed the description and states 200-pcs.
Now this one shows 33 pieces sold (38 total) and his listing says he ordered 200 pieces but yet only has (by his qty's in his description) 47 left for sale???? What happened to the other 115-pcs?
Furthermore, he is listing and stating he is getting in silver/luxury gold on his order and has 9 available for sale? Thats funny since yihi doesn't make this finish and obviously would not accept an order for them.
We're all looking to save a dollar or two if/when we can, but come on.... if you've been that naive to fall for this one, well....
Run, don't walk and file a cancelation. This guy will be long gone with thousands of dollars (he already has $5700) by the time he "claims" his order will come in.... And you'll be past your ebay buyer protection (30-days I think) to receive a refund.
Or don't.....and roll the dice....

As I said.... TOP restaurants / TOP chefs. Yes, busy kitchens will use cheaper and lighter cookware as they need to replace it more often.

He told you he's only offering 60-pcs online but yet already sold 38 and has 47 still available = 85 units. And then that he's not even buying this direct but from a dealer? For $110 (and obviously that dealer is making money on it). Do you really think authorized dealers are getting these for $100 or less? And how is he receiving and selling Silver-Gold when no one else is? But its your money to do as you please.
If its delivery that you are after.... there's many authorized yihi dealers that have them in stock and can ship this week.

I guess the real worst case scenario is that you knowingly bought an item off ebay that was against the terms of service; ecigs/vaping equipment. So don't be too surprised if ebay refuses to get involved with a dispute. I have heard they have refused dispute claims in the past for items purchased that violate their TOS. I would be careful with just assuming ebay will come to your aid with this if the need arises.
It's not meh, IMO it's the most versatile, powerful, compact, accurate, consistent, feature rich devices on the market all combined into one of the best designed enclosures around.

The other schloonsvape has changed user ID's frequently as well over the last few months. I think Jazzman brought up the best point of all. For all those that are counting on Ebay or Paypal to cover their back, in hopes of getting a good deal may be in for quite a surprise when they tell you to take a hike.
