Thanks Jim. It (single coil 26 GA 5/4 Wrap as you stated) actually is vaping pretty fine on the Ni200 Profile. Good Vapor Cloud and great Flavor. My Wicking, although adequate, does need some fine tuning. I purposefully chain-vaped it till started to taste dry and hot. 3 Good Pulls in a row led to the 4th being nasty. Like to tweak that just for the grins. Like I said, it's nice and good but looking to see if can get it Real Nice and Real Good.
Besides, I actually enjoy the Process so I indulge the "Hobby" side of Vamping whenever time permits.
As for the Ti and its Pros & Cons, I like it and it does have its Place in the Repertoire depending on the Mood and the Need at the time. Still VERY new to it myself so that will change over time as well.
Dig the 0.12 Ni200 OCC in my STM on the SX (hitting it now) too.
Love a good 0.45 dual Coil Kanthal build on my 13/9 rda strapped to the Hollowpoint Mech also.
No Favorite... just Favorites. Never settle for "Or" when you can have "And".

I had reduced power. thought my coil was going out. then I looked at the screen. got switched from powerful to soft duh. that actually makes a big difference. for me at least. I do not need powerful+. that is only one very minor gripe about this device. I hit the adjust buttons with my palm. I use it backwards hitting the fire with my thumb. perfect button for that usage. something like hana not so much. buttons are super solid I will say that. if you take one apart the fire button is impressive.

Quantum, I gave that a try and yep, the flavors just punched out. I even brought it up to 490F with my dual coil build and even better. I am noticing that my battery life has gone to sh..t with dual Ti with .121 ohms. Probably about half of what I was getting with a much lower resistance of .07 using NI200. My Joules setting also went from 22J to 26J.

That Zephyrus is a nice tank mate especially for the price

I ran it for a while with the pre built dual coil and it liked over 40w as much as I did the flavour and volume

Easy tank to get a nic od from though but unlike yourself I did not get a good enough build on the RBA with Ti

Will deffo be trying again when have enough spare time now you have proved it works well & when my kuro coilers arrive

I think @TheBloke will be giving Yihi enough ear ache about accuracy that the final release will be spot on an we will be able to wind the tp back down then

I ordered the new coil master V3 should be great and you can wrap clockwise or counter and added 3.5 and 4.0 for coils. Plus they made it the same size around as the curo and made the bars real long which will also help for making spaced coils. Looks like it works good or so PB says in his review. He did a double coil for a DNA 2 14 wrap spaced coils and no problem plus wrapping counter clockwise makes placement way easier on the STM. When using nickel the coil doesn't get pulled out of shape.

I have to wind the tp up to 480f , then works a treat mate

Thanks for that Tip. Gonna try it and try setting J at between 22-26 to see if can dial it in and get a satisfying Vape staying on the Ti Profile.
You running single Coil or dual Coil Ti and what GA at that Temp?

Re-Build done. Thanks again Jim for the correction on the Legs and their placement. Had a tinge of the momentary Cranium Buttock Impactions.
Also, you reminded me of the Wick Principle I used on my old Fogger v4.1
That thing ran best with taut Wick in the Coil then thing rapidly barely into the Channels. Always wicked like a Champ. Same thing here except eliminate the Tail into the Channel and then thin and flair outward like thin crust Pizza Slice. Had that part but the "Broom Bristles" were a bit too thick.

Tightened the Coil spacing a bit and stuck with the 5/4 26 GA (agree about as low and good as you can get without sacrificing Surface Area to a fault) but this time a lowed the I'D. As you suggested.
I used a 3/32" bit (2.38mm) instead of the 7/64" (2.78mm). When the 7/64 expanded after wrapping, I believe the I.D. grew too large as you pointed out as a possibility. By using the 2.38mm it probably only expanded to @ 2.5-2.6mm. That probably helped the natural vacuum to saturate the entire Wick inside the Coil easier which lead to a more saturated vaporization. At least that would seem to follow along with the Less is More/Better Logic.

Put 'er all together and filled it up, loaded not the SX, put in Ti Profile, set & locked Resistance (again right at 0.232), set at 25J and 460* F (to start) and Fire in the Hole.
Much better to say the least. Can hit it hard four times in a row and no Dry or nasty taste at all.
We'll see how this one progresses along with tweaking in Ti Profile.

Thanks much again Jim & QM. Cheers!

P.s. Upon inspecting the old Coil at tear-down of initial Build, it looked great and as it should from all I've read on the founding Ti Sensei's Thread. It was tinged Blue and a little Gold. No light Grey or White chalky Colors. Of course (as Jim pointed out) you could tell where both Legs were running a little Hot from being too long in going to the Post holes at first instead of direct under Screw Heads. The Blues and Gold's were more pronounced.
But, still a welcome sight after running 3 Tank Fulls of Juice through them.

It's all good sir, different strokes for different folks. If it makes you feel any better the Erlkonigin sucks too IMO. ;)

Lock your resistance, and run the temp lower than a dna40 with the kanger coils. I haven't used them in a couple months, but IIRC, around 380-390F was pretty good on them, for me, with my SX M and STMini, YMMV.
I have a few ni200 OCCs left & I was going to throw one on when I get my SXM tomorrow for a quick fix. So, the correct way to set up a new coil would be to get in joules mode screw STM on & wait 10 min & then press up & down to lock resistance? Then your good to go? I assume you have to do this anytime you put any device on. Even if u take your OCC off let's say & then use it again an hour or whatever later? Also, do you only have to lock resistance once for a ni200 build/coil if you leave that coil on let's say all day?

It all looks dead-on.
Except you do not have to wait 10 minutes on initial Resistance Recognition & Lock.
That's just if you forget to do it at first to let the Coil cool back to regular/Room Temp to get a true and accurate Reading.
Yes even if take a Device off and you don't put another on and you put the last mated Device back on again. Just a good Routine to get into. Screw it on, Recognize, Set & Lock.
Can't ever get in the Trick Bag doing that
.
Sometimes, after firing up a fresh Build or new OCC for a bit, I will let it rest for about 15-20 mins and recheck & Lock just to be sure. But, I have OCD Issues so that may or may not be necessary ;)

The Lemo 2 is a really good tank and I do love it but it doesn't perform well on max vg (without modification).

    Define "max vg"?

Are you getting the 'dry coil' message?

I've ran +30ml of unflavored 9mg 100% VG (pours like syrup) at up to 460F (just to show off, normally run at 390F as I don't like a warm vape) without issues. I've found the Lemo2 a good match with the SXminiM, I just sometimes wish the "build deck" were larger so I could use more wraps or larger diameter coils.

While the photo below is of my STM build, the Lemo2 build looks mostly the same (just larger and the coil is inverted so the leads can extend to the sides and use the capture holes):
    19612446645_80327c9145_n.jpg

Actually my Lemo2 is designated my 'unflavored' tank. Once a STM build is "broke in" on at least a tank of the unflavored I'll take the same 100% VG base and add 5% flavor (unknown base, very runny) and 5% H20 and happily vape away.

As a complete noob, I'm no quite sure what I'm doing differently than others (I'll capture a image of the Lemo2 next time it needs filling) but have not had to resort to modifying any of my RTA's to work with VG.

Someone mentioned this a few days ago "sale on SXM at breazy.com" This is where I ordered mine from over a week ago. They came in Friday & they are sending mine 2-day shipping(free). Will be here Monday. I have never ordered from here either but I couldn't pass up the price. I didnt read the posts on here about "sale" SXMs not being eligible for warranty" until a day or 2 ago. So hopefully everything with the company will be ok. I will give an update good or bad when I get it for future reference.

Did you ever get a shipping # ?

So the Silver on Silver is what makes it "Special" ?
Guess that's Nifty if ya like All Silver.
First thing I did was put a Wrap on the Silver Body (has Black Frame). Not to protect but to cover the blah Silver.... no offense to you Silverites ;)
But I'm sure it will Flip Somebody's Switch.

No one said it was special, lol, just limited. I was wanting another Mini anyway, so got one of these.

So I have been babying (just using around the house, and not really putting it in pockets) my grey/silver SX M since I got it back whenever they launched, April?

Yesterday I took it outside, and noticed the silver on the frame is starting to wear out pretty badly. Annoyed me for a bit, but then I realized I just don't really care anymore, and now I can use my SX M whenever I feel like it, and I will accept that it will look like crap.
