"Eco" is short for "economy", it turns the screen off faster, shuts down some background processes, limits you to 40j in temp control mode, and helps extend battery life a bit. It has its own set of 5 memory presets, and as you switch between Eco and other modes, the preset NUMBER you had in one mode is the same number you go to when you switch. Sounds like you were in M5 when you switched, which by default is 40j in Eco mode.

Anyway, just adjust joules and presets to where you like them in Eco mode.
Got it. Thanks! You are correct that I was in m5 preset.

Does anyone know the best wire for our M class with gunky juice? What would you do?

I am happy with temp on Ni 200 so far but not sure what type of coil works best on our M class's. I also only use authentic kayfun V4s and lowish joules (14 - 25j/ 280-400f).

Also, I use rayan wick. So what wire, spaced or micro is best on the M class for you?

Cheers!
Right now Ti 26. Lasts long enough for me cleans up good and holds it shape.

If you really want more, wait until next week or so and buy the ML, which will have a few more features, fix a few issues like the battery cap, and depreciate slower (the M Class is tanking in resale value fast if you follow the Facebook SX groups, just like the S class took a value dive just before the M was released).

And if you're worried about regulations, I still really really wouldn't worry about that causing mods to dry up anytime soon. Seriously.

If the FDA regs get approved TOMORROW, there's still a mandatory 2 year period where they can NOT be enforced. And even then, the FDA has NO CONTROL over electronics, batteries, wire, wick, etc. All they can regulate is the stuff in juice and how its marketed (that does include pre-juiced devices like Big Tobacco cigalikes, and the only way they can regulate electronics, batteries, wick and wire).
From what I have read everything to use the juice is tobacco related. YiHi sets the price at $179 now. The S's are almost gone Varitube is out very few colors of M's left too. Only thing I am thinking is I know how the M works but nothing on the ML. If it has bugs the M's will be gone. Oh and the ML is down to mid Dec now.

Yep, all our mods and attys are deemed tobacco-related under the alleged deeming rule.

So how are those elevated caps working out. Are they really better? Thinking of getting 3 of the SS ones.

I bought 2 new replacement YiHi caps and a black EV cap.
The EV cap is brilliant and the YH caps sit in the drawer.
Get it you won't regret it.

Probably old news for some of you by now, but I got a genuine Yihi sleeve for my M class today. Had one of the cheaper no-brand versions before, this blows it away. It is by far the highest quality mod sleeve I've ever seen, well worth the $8.00.

Looks nice, but does it make holding the two buttons down to sync more difficult??

I have been using the same one for about 2 months now. It looks and fits beautiful but I have to press one thumb over the other to press the 2 buttons to set resistance. A bit of a PITA, but I don't have to do that too often. Another negative is if you spill ejuice under the sleeve it gets yucky but it is easily cleaned when that happens. Overall I would highly recommend the Yihi sleeve for a SXM. Looks classy and grips great!

Well I decided today to order 2 more M's from Perry at Varitube. Great place great service. Got 2 of the limited edition Silver on Silver. I think he has about 8 or 9 left then they are gone. Out of production on the M in August.

Damn, wish you'd have bought some Black/Silver and drained his stock, so I'd get a ML replacement when I send mine in tomorrow. :)

I've received some SS316L 26ga wire from UD, did a build on my aromamizer and found a post somewhere here with TCR values. When trying to dial in the value 0.000915, I realized there's only 5 decimal digits on the SXMINI. So I've used the closest value, 0.00091, with no luck at all. Just getting the DRY COIL screen every time I fire it.
I'm obviously doing something wrong, can someone explain, please?
Or maybe that's not the right TCR?
