For anyone wondering what happens when you flip 1,000,000 Joules...

Not sure why there's a "v" in the display...
Wonder what happens when you hit the next 100,000? I'll find out soon enough.

Wow... How did you even get it up this high? LoL... Are you just firing the coil over and over with the USB attached? I have no battery that could ever get to 1,000,000 Joules!

As long as you don't take out your batt it will keep on counting. Just use the usb port to charge the batt.

Got my Odin atty's today from Lokilabs. Been waiting for them to be back in stock for a long time! I got a bottom feeder for my Reo Grand & a regular one for my other devices. Built a 28ga .12 nickel coil and it's fantastic! I'm quickly getting the hang of this nickel wire. I thought I ordered regular nickel, but I received annealed nickel. Either way, it's pretty easy to work with.

Annealed nickel is the "regular" nickel in terms of what vape shops sell. Only Stealth Vape, that I know of, sells the tempered nickel...which is more rigid and easier to work with for most.

Congrats on the Odin and a wonderful TC setup

Oh, ok. Didn't really understand the tempered & annealed thing. Thanks, I'm really glad I got the m class, it's pretty amazing how you can vape it till the wick is completely dry and get no dry hits at all! This is the future..... Lol

I pulled the trigger on the M class. I went with Black and silver. A bunch of places were out of stock. I was going to take the grey and silver at eciggity because I figured I would use the 10% off code but it did not work for that item. Now the waiting begins.

I was sort of thinking of waiting to see what mod options the chip was going to be put into but the M class has gotten great reviews so what the hell.

Sweet. I have heard nothing bad about this mod so I a, really looking forward to mine getting here. Does Gingervapes have fast shipping?
Yeah, they were wonderful dealing with too. Their free shipping is automatically upgraded to Priority 2-Day for all SX Orders (just leave free shipping checked) and they sent along 4 samples of juice. Gottracking almost instantly and was here in two day (Shipped Wednesday morning here Friday morning). They also emailed me the serial of the actual device that I was getting too.

Highly recommend them for grabbing a SX

Sounds like a great place to order from. I hope I get some eliquid samples.

I'd rather deal with a device that has an accurate, real-time battery voltage display, an accurate depiction of battery sag, bypass option, the ability to upgrade firmware myself, and the option of 3 VERY useful power modes. ;)

As for the battery cap.. I use my thumb to remove it. Not an issue for me. I haven't had a USB port failure, although I really don't use it much... Look around at the threads on various devices, (all ends of the $$ spectrum) and one will see USB port failures are a common occurrence. ;) I noticed that the USB port on the M Class looks to be of better construction than the S Class (going by the close-up pics available).

The SXmini isn't for everyone.. I'm glad you found something that you like.. :)

I stick a piece of Velcro to the end cap to make easier to remove with my fingers. (no slipping) sx.jpg

I put getting the SX Mini on hold. The $139.00 price tag on the rDNA was just too good to pass up.

Might be skipping the M class all together and hoping YiHi will eventually figure kanthal into the temp control equation.

I use 28g twisted NI200/kanthal, 5 spaced wraps 0.08 ohms, running it at 20J/375F. with no problems, just re-wick to change flavors on my subtank mini.:vapor:

I just wanted to report I have had the m-class a while. it is terrific! blows away dna40. the paint on the m seems better too but I got black on the m. had gray on the first. I just wish the corners on the shroud had no gap. perhaps that is a manufacturing hurdle I am unaware of. I am sure they would improve that if it were easy. every mod I have has some issue if I nitpick but over all the first and second yihi are simply superior because of the chip. the design is really nothing to sneeze at either unless I am very critical. they bust have really been my best mods out of like 40. I just can't get over the fact still the best quality came from china after all. so be it. I am not prejudiced. may the best man win! every time a dna40 fails I pick up the yihi waiting for it to be repaired. I think these things might be fail proof. amazing really.
well you guys already know this but I just wanted to report another winner on the part of yihi imo.

I got my M-class last weekend and it has been working great except for this one glitch. A couple of times when accessing the menu (5 clicks of the power button), the up adjustment is "stuck" active (even without the up adjustment button pressed). So it cranks up the power to the highest setting, and when clicking once to the temperature it turns the temp setting all the way up and when clicking to access the temperature scale it turns itself to the Celsius scale. Clicking power button again goes to the exit menu so then it exits out with the changed settings. If I press and hold the down adjustment button, then this basically offsets the up and holds it in place. The first time this happened, I just removed the battery and it reset itself. Today when it happened again, I removed the battery twice and the reset didn't work this time. I plugged a USB cable into the USB port and this appeared to "fix" the issue. I was able to access the menu and change everything back. I did check the up button itself and it wasn't stuck in the down position. If it happens a third time, I'm going to bring it back and get a replacement.

Anyone come across this issue?

EDIT: Ah....stupid me. I totally forgot about that stupid tilt adjustment. When I accessed the menu, I had the mod tilted to the left so it automatically toggled to adjust up. Never mind.
