Did you buy an Authentic or a clone? not judging, just asking..I won't buy a clone of anything, unless they are proven to be better than the genuine..

I scored an Angelcigs clone for ~20 bucks during one of their Happy Hour specials. No idea who made it, but it's very well put together and performing flawlessly, even with what I would consider a quick-and-dirty build. The original is on my short list of Q1 2015 purchases now. If it makes me end up putting my authentic KFL's out to pasture, it's only fair. :)

Good for me I have 3, lol! Although 2 are on SqRs. Too bad they don't sell them without the window design. I'd buy 10 :D
Yeah, sleek design would be nice for when it's on other atties lol.

I really want to order the short SqR DT. Next time I make a purchase from InTaste I'll snag one of those me thinks.

Oh, Nikki, I couldn't even get a plastic needle tip into the k4 (though its fine on the Aquav2). I had to use a bottle with a metal needle, and it takes forever.

Oh a plastic needle tip is too big for the KF4, so I use a 15gauge? syringe and my juice went in faster than Novocain  .. Hopefully the syringe tip bottles that I ordered will be a small enough gauge also. The KF4 is a pain my culo but I like the vape the best with the PC tank. For whatever reason I feel like the juice feed is more efficient.

Now I am getting great flavor, and I have to say that the flavor is equal to the Rose V2, but that didn't happen until I switched tanks. Before then, it was only alright, good but not great. Even as its better now, its still not my favorite. I have not used the Tobeco yet so we will see if that changes.

You are trying get us both banned eh? I actually think that pic looks nice. While standing right side up it looks less like a medical probe

Hun pics are easy, you're not doing it right. When you upload, copy the BBC code for Forums one the right side of imgur, and then paste the code as text where you would type your reply, do not paste it using the "insert photo" icon at the top of the reply box.

Am I doing this right now...aside from the potato camera lol?

I'm heading over to meet Ginger Vaper tomorrow..... All you people's talk got me itching for a black sister to my grey one.
They seem to be the first authorized YiHi distributor to receive the newer 510 model....Since YiHi just started shipping them this week.

....mamma always told me I got no groove!!! ;)

Dannyben - Ginger Vaper dude seems like a great guy....tell him 'hello' from Doug...he will crack up. I have been in almost daily contact with him via website IM for a couple of weeks. Hope you get your black one.

Nik - I am not overly impressed with the KF4 flavor. It seems less a 'detailed' or complex flavor than the Rose2 or the Aqua2. I use the M-tank and a 0.5 ohm twisted 28 on it but just a straight mech mod until my SXmini arrives (Tuesday) so maybe with the variable wattage I can fine-tune the tape on it.

Does anyone else's battery cap screw in kind of... wonky? I just noticed this happening a couple of days ago. When I start screwing it in, no problem but towards the end it feels kind of grindy. I don't think I'm cross threading or anything. Or if I am I'm just completely unable to avoid it now whereas in the first week the cap screwed in fine every time. It's the only issue I have with the device and I'm just worried about the threads getting completely messed up.

Sounds like there's some garpelgrunjun in you threads. Try maybe wiping em out? Hasn't happened with my mini yet, but was a regular thing in my mech mods.

Last night the flavor suddenly improved. The coil is seasoned now. So if I can fix the issues with my clone, I will be happy to have it in my rotation. If I can't get it working perfectly, then I will get the Tobeco and keep this one for parts.

Roxy, maybe it is my 'unseasoned' coil. I will keep vaping it off and on until my doubts about it are either confirmed or ... I get a surprise and the flavor kicks into full blossom! The problem is I get such good, satisfying flavor from my Rose2 and Aqua2 that I don't have much patience with anything less flavorful.

Its also possible you have a touch too much cotton in that particular coil. I know when I get that muted taste out of my Lemo, when I pull the cotton,I usually notice a spec of seed, or one of those little clumps that got wedged inside somehow. With the super-max VG joose I have to use, I have to run really wispy wicks it the Lemo's or I get that same issue. You could try that if the flavor doesn't blossom for you.

I just figured I'd throw my hat in the ring with all the other mini owners. I've been using an Evod 2 kit ever since I started to vape & have been wanting to upgrade for a while now. I followed this thread & saw how happy everyone was with the mini so I decided to take the plunge & get one. I went to the vape shop yesterday & was planning to get a Subtank with the mini but they had just sold their last one so I ended up going with a Lemo.

I am very happy with this pair so far - there is no comparison to the Evod 2 I had been using & I never knew vaping could be this good! :D Thanks for all the great info everyone! :toast:

Just swapped a battery and noticed/remembered something. When you're screwing the battery plug back in, Weber you get to the last few turns, the spring loaded positive contact inside the tube starts pushing down on the battery as go. This can cause that wonky/gritty feeling you were talking about if you don't push the battery cap in a little as you turn it to screw it in. I bet that's what it really is :)

Congratulations! That's one heck off an upgrade buddy! Outstanding choices all around there! Just make sure to run some top notch batteries (Samsung 25r, Sony vtc, etc) in that bad boy.

One of my favorite builds in the Lemo is .66 ohms @ 24 watts.
