to anyone looking for the "new" version sx mini- i have bought 2 from Honestvapor.com-they have fantastic customer service(they actually answer the phone and talk!!!), their shipping is fast, and they are just the nice and friendly type of people anyone enjoys doing business with.i believe they only have the gray right now but you can call and check if the black ones came in.
so much for my commercial interruption and now back to your regularly scheduled programming.......

Speaking of colors...which one do you think looks better..the grey or the black?..I haven't seen many pictures posted for the grey one

actually, the gray is pretty dark and could be mistaken for a black one especially in pictures with the varied lighting. when i first opened my box i thought i had received the wrong mod- turns out the gray is a dark gray.
hey jonner- i only have 2 but be nice and you might just be in the will......i am keeping it at 2 because i just know yihi will come out with something new that will astonish me as much as the sx mini. got to be prepared for those.......

sorry about that- truth is i only posted after i had my order completed- they are still the nicest people i have dealt with and if you have to wait i am sure they will restock as quick as possible. call and ask when they will get some in-you can actually speak to real people with real answers. beats a contact form every time.......

Look what just showed back up guys!!! I've only been vaping on it for 5 minutes but the flavor is impeccable so far. I've used my ADV Doughnut Pounders (Epic Clouds) from Namber to test it out initially, and the flavor is SPOT on, just tasty AF

Thought I would come in with a little side boob level SX porn...now back to enjoying this Aqua2, yummy!!!

+1 grey. It reminds me of a midnight blue sparkle paint job I had on an old '71 Charger back in my younger days. Depending upon lighting conditions and the angle you were looking at it, it was difficult to tell if the car was blue or black.

The finish on the grey mini isn't quite as dramatic, but it's the same concept. I'm looking at it right now from the front, and it looks black to me. Move my head three inches to the side and it's grey.

Grab a lemo drop. The aqua, Atlantis, kayfuns are all so tall and they look kinda wonky on the mini. The lemo drop is a great piece.

Do you run yours in single? How is it single? Build in running now is dual, 11 wraps each 26ga, .70ohm. It's working really nicely around 27.5-34watts.

Yes, I was also going to recommend the Aqua2, or possibly the Aqua II, but maybe the Aqua Dos, if you can't find the Aqua V2.

I'm really hoping Yihi decides to bring out a sx mini that uses a 26650. May not be quite as "mini" but I would certainly sacrifice a little increase in size to get much longer battery life!

This!!! I'd definitely like to see exactly how you setup a single on this thing. Cotton blocking the unused channels or something I'd imagine?

I had an unfortunate mishap with the mini recently. Some unflavored 6mg juice spilled out the airhole on my quasar, and it seems to have taken the finish off the mini where it dribbled. Has anyone else run into this? Perhaps I too eagerly vaper towel'ed it and managed to rub it off, but still it seems to have a bit to easy.

I'm with retrox in that bumps and bruises make for character (at least I think it was him lol), so not crying a river here or tossing out my mini anytime soon. But noentheless I'm a bit irked about the whole incident.

That is not cool news about your Mini though. Eliquid should not be able to strip the finish, that is no bueno and I would also be irked. I think we all accept minor shortcomings when we otherwise really like a device. But I am not happy to hear this at all How bad is it?

The only difference is the flat pin in the 510. If you know not to monkey with the slotted version there isn't a difference really. Just grab one and enjoy a quality piece.
